I wanted to wait to leave a review because I feel like with a Brazilian so many factors come into play and some don't show up until you're ready for another wax. I found Kaycie on yelp and booked my Brazilian based on reviews and because she was so close to me. (Also can't beat her first visit deal). Her little studio reflects her personal style and I felt like I stepped into her home instead of a waxing appointment. Personally I enjoy this, it makes me more comfortable. It had been over a year since I waxed since I was doing some laser hair removal to help with some ingrowns. She got right to work, using different waxed and tweezers. I don't think a wax can not hurt but she moved so quickly the minutes that feel like hours went by. After 5 weeks, I'm getting ready to book another appointment. Kaycie is FAB! I've had a ton of brazilians and laser hair removal before but Kaycie was still super mindful to all my concerns! During the actual wax, she used a combination of hard and soft wax as well as tweezing which I really preferred because it gets every last hair (even though some of mine are super fine due to the laser treatments). She was incredibly gentle through the entire thing and super fun to chat with! Her studio is also super unique in decor and she had a sweet playlist going during the treatment! Last thing that was the absolute cherry on top is that your first treatment is 50% off which I was not expecting but I will definitely be returning as her regular prices seem super reasonable. Never again in my life did I envision going to get a bikini wax, much less actually staying on a routine of it. 100% would recommend. Not only is Kaycie incredibly kind and talented, I was so pleased with her studio and how comforting and clean it was. I'm naturally blonde and have always had a hard time with my eyebrows. I typically fill them in everyday but since my wax and tint, I am able to get up and go. If I want more of a bold look, I will touch up what's already there but there's really no need for that. This is the first time I've come out of a brow appointment in love with the way they look. I actually have an arch now! Kaycie took her time and answered any questions I had. I do have sensitive skin that reacts poorly to waxing, but after an hour almost all the redness was gone! Normally it takes me about a day to recover from the redness and swelling. I will definitely be back! The only con is that you have to book in advance.. but that's means she's just THAT GOOD!
