But my appointment was booked with Xiya (the owner) and NOT Anna, so why is the appointment canceled? She didn't even offer an apology for the cancellation. You can tell she really loves her job. The receptionist was also friendly and accommodating. But like I said, these women were awesome. Highly recommend.

My repeated stylist was Sana and unknowingly she did not like servicing me because I requested (and provided) my own extra lash extensions. I have had previous experience with other stylists who know how to style the long lengths with the shorter as well, I understand now that, that was not was they were able to do. Still no communication was given until I was put with another stylist and did not like the outcome. Very unhappy! I've had a membership for over a year and could not understand why this happened.

I was excited because I usually have very small and thin lashes and after using a growth serum I now had long, but thin lashes. I don't like to put mascara on every day so this was my solution. Fatima was so friendly when I walked in and took special care of my lashes - especially noting my not necessarily strong growth. She carefully lifted and tinted being careful with what I have and I am thrilled with the results. The person who made the appointment for me was great and sent me a picture of the outside noting there had been some confusion with a place nearby. I will say Google Maps sent me down the wrong street (though visiting, I know my way around) so make sure you look at the names and addresses on the store front.

Can I give Lash Looks-Joan Kim 10 *'s please?!…read more Ok, so shopping on Groupon I found this steal of a deal for Lash extensions. And last yr when I went to LA with some gf's, one of them had it done regularly and I fell in love with her lashes. So she mentioned to me that its quite costly but well worth it and you have to really do your homework on the person that does it because not everyone that claims to know how to do it, KNOWS how to do it. So when I found this steal of a deal, I thought let me buy it and try it out...did some yelp research on Joan and liked what I read, so purchased it and waited to use it. Fast Fwd to Dec. 18... So I decided since my bday is the 19th, why not have my lashes done & looking purrty for the bday party I'm having on the 22nd. Scheduled my appt, and as it turns out, the location is a block away from my job which was perfect. Meet Joan and we exchange pleasantries and she explains what she will be doing, etc. Lay back and my lashes are in her hands. An hour later, I wake up ( I totally napped out) and she hands me a mirror and I look and am simply put: AMAZED at how wonderful and full my lashes look. I can officially say, I'm HOOKED. Definitely doing my touchup! JOAN KIM IS A GENIUS IN THE ART OF LASH EXTENSION! Highly recommend her.
