I travel a lot, and will say that my lashes last through anything - including a 2 week safari in Africa, and many long, long flights to Asia and Europe. For a service at this price point, you want someone who knows what they are doing. Extensions is what she does all day every day of the week. 2.) I did my research, and this beauty boutique consistently (over many years) has happy, repeat customers--myself included now. She has an excellent track record for good quality hair extensions that last and look natural. 3.) I leave looking like I have celebrity hair! It's not too over the top (very natural. In fact, no one has ever suspected my hair was not my own in the 10 months I had them on). My most recent experience: This was my third application of a klix hair extensions with Lesley. I came back after enjoying my full head of beautiful hair extensions for a little over 3 months. I originally decided to get hair extensions because I wanted more volume and and a dramatic change in length. I love that these extensions do not use glue or tape for application, which has caused extensive damage to my hair in the past. I also love my klix extensions, becuase I can treat them as I treat my normal hair....I wash them regularly, dye them, and get them blown 2-3 times a week. Removal is a breeze; . After removal, which took maybe 20 minutes, my natural hair looked great still (healthy and as full as it was before I had extensions, what a relief!)! After 11 years of being a lash-puller I figured it was time for me to start treating myself better. I got extensions somewhere else, and although the other girl did a decent job when I told her about my lash problem she didn't care and just told me to keep getting the lash refills. That never solved my issue though because my real lashes would eventually start growing underneath and I would just want them out. Luckily, Lesley really understands what I'm going through and we decided I needed to grow my natural lashes out again. Lesley started giving me the Yumi Keratin lift a few months ago, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to fall in love with their natural lashes. I absolutely LOVE Doll in a Dash. I have been to several lash stylists all over the city/country for my lashes and Flavia is, hands down, the best lash artist in the industry. I have very sparse, thin natural lashes which most stylists overpower with long, heavy volume lashes to compensate for the sparseness. Not Flavia. She expertly applies the perfect length/volume every time which gives me an extremely natural look. In fact, my lashes have improved since I have been seeing her. Although I get compliments constantly, no one knows that I have extensions which is great because I'm an actress and the last thing I want at an audition is to look "overdone".
