Jen gave me the best eyelash extensions I have ever gotten - and I've been getting them done on and off for the last few years. She is meticulous with her work, and has a good eye for what will flatter your eye shape. I'm REALLY picky about my eyelashes, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and look at my face shape for what would be flattering for me (not just a cookie cutter application like some places do). It was the first time I was really wowed by my own eyelashes. I absolutely loved them and got tons of compliments. Not only that, but they lasted me forever. Some eyelash places they only last me 2 weeks at most; after her full set, I felt like I still had a good amount 4 weeks later...and still had some even at the 6 week mark. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

I can't think of anyone better than Jen.She is meticulous about her work. She takes her time, concentrates and doesn't talk a lot! It's serious work, she works close to your eyes and needs to be careful. Her space is so welcoming and comfortable. In the winter it was lovely laying on a warm, soft table. She even has music or story telling recordings if you can't just relax! Oh, I forgot my lashes are natural and gorgeous! I bring my dog Rocky and he loves her too. read more

If you want perfect lashes and awesome customer care, stop right here!!!! If I could write three reviews for Jen, I would. Her work is meticulous and she does such a thorough, beautiful job. She is SO friendly and personable, I would go to her every time for any lashes I would like. She's really, really good at what she does, her place is so so cute, and she is just a lovely human to work with. High recommend. read more

Serious lash game! Jen does such a beautiful job. I am so lucky to have found her on here.

Favorite lasher!! She is SO FUN, so sweet, and she is a BOSS in her line of work. High recommend, would only want to go to her for lashes!

Jen was recommended to me and I saw her work on her clients - that made it easy for me to believe she'd be the person to go to for my lashes. I tried two of her services - lash tint and lash extensions. On two separate occasions. I want to try the lift too, one I am extensions free. Lash tint - what it sounds like, it gave me a very subtle look, you judge the before and after in the pictures I am including. I didn't feel as washed out in the morning first thing when I looked in the mirror :)) Lash extensions - holy....! I felt soooo attractive right after my session was done. I actually videoed my mom the morning before and after and snapped pictures to compare my morning "just woke up" faces. Prices - in my opinion very reasonable for the services provided and the atmosphere. The salon is in her apartment - very stylish, cozy and it smelled wonderful. I noticed she had some snacks and coffee out for clients, it was too late for me to drink coffee though :P Parking is free outside her building. Personality - Jen is very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I actually took a good rest on her heated bed :D Cleanliness - zero complaints. I have had no complications whatsoever with my lashes or eyes. I wish these lashes were mine, I feel so pretty when I have them, they make my face appear softer and feminine. read more

Jen has been doing my lashes for almost five years and I can't express enough how incredible she is! I am a blonde with no brows and super light lashes and she has given my face a new dimension. Her skills are unmatched and her pricing is fair. If you want personal service (with an actual smile) and high quality, J Lash is your spot. read more

I've been a long time client turned friend of Jen's for over 15 years! There is no one else I would trust with my waxing needs. Looking to get your lashes done, Jen is hands down the best lashes in the city and truly the most fun you'll have. read more

One of the reviews I read about this business said "jen gave me the best eyelash extensions I have ever gotten"-- Yeah, I second that. I am 63 years old and love lashes but always want them to be subtle (hey, I am 63 years old). I went to the same person for about 18 months- even after she moved her business over an hour's drive from Chicago. I was really scared to try a new place but wanted someone closer to my home in Chicago. I am so glad I decided on Jen after reading reviews of top rated places in Chicago. Jen took the time to understand what I wanted- a subtle look. Her place is clean (super important when your eyes are involved), Jen is super friendly, her prices are reasonable and the bed is super comfortable. Yeah, I thought before that I had the best lash extensions but now I know I have the best lash extensions. Jen is super talented and you can tell she really likes her work. Thanks, Jen. I will be back. read more

Jen is an AMAZING esthetician. She's an absolute perfectionist in each and every service she provides. I've patronized her business for more than 20(!) years. During that time, she has done wonderful work on my nails, toes, brows, waxing and especially my LASHES. I am constantly complimented on them. My lashes are my signature look and it's all because of Jen. I don't even need makeup because her work make my eyes pop so much You MUST try her! read more

I had never had my lashes done before going to see Jen. She made the whole experience so fun and comfortable, and is just such a great person. I LOVED my lashes, and got so many comments from people telling me how great my makeup looked (I wasn't wearing any!) I had no idea how such a small change to my appearance would make me feel so pretty and confident. Will definitely be back to see Jen! read more

I got my eye lashes tinted and Jennifer is awesome! Her space is clean and comfortable and she checked in frequently to make sure I was always doing alright. The tint came out great and I would recommend her services. read more

I have been going to Jen at J Lash for 3 or 4 years. Needless to say, I am a HUGE fan. She is the ultimate professional who has undergone extensive, long-term training to employ best practices to achieve amazing results SAFELY. There are nightmare stories about some lash people who will ruin your lashes. Jen is a clean freak, and treats lashes so gently. She also uses great products...not cheap lashes or glue that could be harmful to your eyes and lashes. Her space is so lovely, private and deliciously cozy. You lie on a heated plush raised bed while Jen works her magic. I trust her skill, judgement and expertise. Not enough stars here to give Jen. Plus, parking is easy! read more

Update: Still going to Jen and she's still amazing. She just did my wedding lashes PERFECTLY. I wanted natural lashes to give me a little pop and she did not disappoint. Her place has always been sanitary, even before covid, and still is now. read more

Serial Lasher - Jen did the best job on my "Lash Lift". It mad a huge difference. I am a hooked. Next appointment already booked. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

SHE' S A SCAMMER AVOID HER. First of all it's not clear she works from home. I had been to her 3 times. The first time was decent, second time was not what I asked for. I came back a 3rd time because we had a decent rapport I thought maybe the 2nd time was a fluke and gave it another try. I also wanted to support a smaller business. Let me tell you she absolutely scammed the hell out of me. She told me after the appointment was over it was $350 and it INCLUDED a fill within 3 weeks. (which I did not ask for) when I went home I looked at my lashes and they were just overly full and not what I asked for at all. The lashes were falling out from day 1. I told her I didn't want the fill and asked her to refund me the cost of the fill. She refused. Overall, there are a lot of negative things I could say about her home "studio" and her overall service performance but what's most important to note is this woman has no integrity. $350 is insane, especially when you see what her studio looks like. It's not 5 stars by any means yet she's charging 5 star prices. Hopefully karma will get her for being a complete con. read more

My lashes look SO GOOD. One of my friends complimented my "make-up" and when I told her they were extensions she said they were the best she's ever seen. Jen is so sweet and her space is GORGEOUS. I wanted to move in! The bed you lay on is heated with a knee rest and a plush blanket. I'm excited to go back for my first fill! read more

I am 55 years old and continually get compliments on my skin. Just yesterday I was told that my face "glowed" by a total stranger. How many 55-yr olds get told that??? I get monthly peels from Jen, and use a combination of the Cosmedix products in a "cocktail" application morning and night. I especially love Cell ID, and the Remedy facial moisturizing oil. I thought my skin looked great with my previous regimen, but I never got compliments like this!!!! read more

She is Amazing！I used to get my lashes extension in NYC，recently move to IL.
