Jen gave me the best eyelash extensions I have ever gotten - and I've been getting them done on and off for the last few years. She is meticulous with her work, and has a good eye for what will flatter your eye shape. I'm REALLY picky about my eyelashes, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and look at my face shape for what would be flattering for me (not just a cookie cutter application like some places do). It was the first time I was really wowed by my own eyelashes. I absolutely loved them and got tons of compliments. Not only that, but they lasted me forever. Some eyelash places they only last me 2 weeks at most; after her full set, I felt like I still had a good amount 4 weeks later...and still had some even at the 6 week mark. Jen was recommended to me and I saw her work on her clients - that made it easy for me to believe she'd be the person to go to for my lashes. I tried two of her services - lash tint and lash extensions. On two separate occasions. I want to try the lift too, one I am extensions free. Lash tint - what it sounds like, it gave me a very subtle look, you judge the before and after in the pictures I am including. I didn't feel as washed out in the morning first thing when I looked in the mirror :)) Lash extensions - holy....! I felt soooo attractive right after my session was done. I actually videoed my mom the morning before and after and snapped pictures to compare my morning "just woke up" faces. Prices - in my opinion very reasonable for the services provided and the atmosphere. The salon is in her apartment - very stylish, cozy and it smelled wonderful. I noticed she had some snacks and coffee out for clients, it was too late for me to drink coffee though :P Parking is free outside her building. Personality - Jen is very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I actually took a good rest on her heated bed :D Cleanliness - zero complaints. I have had no complications whatsoever with my lashes or eyes. I wish these lashes were mine, I feel so pretty when I have them, they make my face appear softer and feminine. read more

SHE' S A SCAMMER AVOID HER. First of all it's not clear she works from home. I had been to her 3 times. The first time was decent, second time was not what I asked for. I came back a 3rd time because we had a decent rapport I thought maybe the 2nd time was a fluke and gave it another try. I also wanted to support a smaller business. Let me tell you she absolutely scammed the hell out of me. She told me after the appointment was over it was $350 and it INCLUDED a fill within 3 weeks. (which I did not ask for) when I went home I looked at my lashes and they were just overly full and not what I asked for at all. The lashes were falling out from day 1. I told her I didn't want the fill and asked her to refund me the cost of the fill. She refused. Overall, there are a lot of negative things I could say about her home "studio" and her overall service performance but what's most important to note is this woman has no integrity. $350 is insane, especially when you see what her studio looks like. It's not 5 stars by any means yet she's charging 5 star prices. Hopefully karma will get her for being a complete con. read more
