Still no communication was given until I was put with another stylist and did not like the outcome. Very unhappy! I've had a membership for over a year and could not understand why this happened.

Fatima was so friendly when I walked in and took special care of my lashes - especially noting my not necessarily strong growth. She carefully lifted and tinted being careful with what I have and I am thrilled with the results. The person who made the appointment for me was great and sent me a picture of the outside noting there had been some confusion with a place nearby. Flavia will work with you to decide on the look you want before starting the service, so there are no surprises.
