What started…read moreas a basement water issue ultimately became a much larger renovation project, and we could not be happier that we chose them to handle it. Once the water issue was resolved, we decided to install new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs and repaint the entire lower level. From there, the project expanded to include constructing a new wall with an access panel, replacing every interior door in the house--including several custom-sized doors--painting the new doors, painting exterior house paneling, refinishing the fireplace, painting the base of our bar, and scraping and repainting the upstairs bathroom ceiling. Despite all of the additions, changes, and unexpected twists that came with a project of this size, Boti and his team were incredibly professional, responsive, patient, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Alin, the project manager, did an excellent job keeping everything moving and making sure the work was completed to a very high standard. The painters and carpenter worked tirelessly--often putting in 10+ hour days--and their commitment to getting every detail right truly showed. They were absolute perfectionists in the best way. The quality of the flooring, painting, carpentry, doors, and finishing work exceeded our expectations. It is clear that Expressive Construction takes real pride in its work and cares about making sure the customer is completely satisfied.
