For the first time in 4 years, I took my 2010 ML350 to be serviced outside the dealership and I was extremely nervous. I found Ray through yelp and couldn't believe the awesome reviews about the place, so I decided to give it a try. Moving here from TX, I was very skeptical about taking my car anywhere else besides the dealership, but I was not disappointed. Service C, along with changing all four of my brakes were completed for a reasonable price and received an outstanding service from Ray. He made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done with my car. Thankfully, I didn't have to change my rotors as Ray was extremely honest about that. I truly appreciate the honesty and sincerity that Ray has shown me...a rarity nowadays in most dealerships and car shops. He also washed my car after it was done and promptly returned it the same day. Thank you very much for taking care of my car, and I will definitely be back for all my car's needs. I don't write many reviews, but the service I received from Ray was too good to be true, and I want everyone else to feel safe and comfortable when taking their cars to him. I've been going to Ray for years, and he's always been great. I'm so glad that I stopped by the first time to address a minor issue with my C, since he took care of it on the spot. He's willing to take the time to look into issues without charging you, and when there is work that needs to be done, I trust he'll quote me a great price. I recently took my C300 in to Ray's for Service A. Previously, I had taken my car to the dealership, but I was sick of paying their prices. When I first arrived at Ray's, I instantly felt comfortable Ray explained Service A and then inspected my car. He was honest, when he could have been deceitful as I am not a "car person". He offered me helpful tips on how to take better care of my car. The service that Ray performed on my car also included a transmission service and he was done within 2 hours. asked ray to do a service based on my own diagnosis. for a rattling noise on my car door. even though it did not solve the problem, he was very nice and did the work as i requested. this is customer service at its best. he is a nice guy that is very good with receiving the customers concerns and putting it to work quickly. hence you should feel good with any service you get here, and may even have fun in the process. read more

Excellent customer service! I was here 2 weeks ago to get my annual car service. By that time my car had a lot of minor problems including headlight lamps being off, key remote batteries being low. Ray's team fixed all of these problems as well as giving me a great deal. There was also a carwash for free at the end!! A++ service. Will definitely come back again! read more

I'm not impressed by the prices this establishment charges, though they are better than dealer pricing. Owner is a little shady in that there's no detailed parts and labor breakdown of what services were performed. Other shops I have been to have charged much less for similar work. It took less than 1.5 hours to do the work. I do like the car wash they do, but at most that is worth $20 and when you've been overcharged about $100, it's just not worth it. read more

Got my transmission mount and transmission flush done by Ray. As usual, he was ready for my vehicle when I arrived at his shop. Replaced the transmissionn mount and transmission fluid drain and refill in record time. I've driven my car back and forth to Las Vegas and LA and it rode very smoothly. My mileage also increased to 22 mpg from 20 city driving. Not sure if it was partly due to the change in transmission fluid. Overall, I am very happy with Rays work on my car. I recommended him to all my friends and co-workers who have a benz. If you live in the LA area, check him out. read more

Ray knows absolutely nothing about Mercedes transmissions; in trying to diagnose an intermittent failure to shift problem, he promised a free computer evaluation, screwed up the transmission settings by doing an unnecessary re-adaptation, and had absolutely no clue about the problem by recommending complete overhaul of the transmission that had nothing wrong with it!! The problem, diagnosed and fixed by another mechanic, was in the shifter module unit. If that was NOT bad enough, when I return to pick up the car Ray demanded from me $80 for allegedly replacing a brake pad pin that was missing!! No one told him to check anything else on the car, he had no work order to do any other inspection, including brakes, whatsoever; when I returned to his shop, he would not release me the car, which was raised on the lift, unless I paid him!! I was in a hurry to leave and paid him under duress!! Yes, he did all that very politely and with a smile that could be perceived charming. Now, make your own conclusions about his knowledge, his integrity, and foremost what all these good reviews that are reported on him in this website mean!! read more
