Came here while we were in town spending the weekend at the Lake. Cute restaurant - very welcoming. When we arrived, they offered our party glasses of Prosecco, which I thought was a nice touch since we were there on a bachelorette weekend. Service was a bit on the slow side, but the food was delicious. After dinner, we were offered to imbibe in some free Limoncello shots (delish as well!) My only concern with this place is the lack of COVID restrictions I saw implemented. Employees wore masks (at least the ones I could see, not sure about the kitchen staff), but all masks were worn below the nose/around the chin. While everyone in our party was fully or partially vaccinated, I still felt uncomfortable. Some of the patrons wore masks when leaving/arriving, but not all did and it was not enforced. The place is really nice, service is great. But the food is a little bland - there was not hint of garlic in mussels in white sauce, a key ingredient. I had the tagliatelle with "seafood" but it only had a few clams & mussels and two of the smallest shrimp I've ever seen at a restaurant. Considering it was a special and was $32, I expected more. I feel compelled to write this review due to several factors. Husband and I planned a nice dinner for our wedding anniversary and drove up to stay overnight at the Settlers Inn. Our reservation was at 7 and we were promptly seated. After 10 minutes we placed our drink order and food order. Drinks came 20 minutes later. Appetizers almost 45 minutes later. Finally at around 8:20, I called our waitress over to find out if the chef was catching the fish for our dinner!. At 8:30, we finally had dinner. Husband had chicken piccata which sauce was bland and chicken was chewy. I had the seafood tagliatelle. Abundance of mussels and clam shells but very little seafood in the shells. Broth was a seafood stock that was extremely salty. We could not eat the food and asked for the check. Not sure if the owner or one of the waitresses I didn't know what her position was came over and asked if there was anything that they could do better for the food. We told them it probably was just an off night and not to worry about it. Very kind that you offered us a drink on the house but at that point we really just wanted to go back to the inn. Husband and I went back to the inn and within 2 hours I was violently ill with food poisoning until almost 2:30 in the morning. While I see many good reviews for Ravyn and Robin, I would stick with non- seafood dishes or you will be hugging the porcelain for many hours. read more

Delicious homemade and great mocktail! Portions were pretty generous - I had the seafood tagliatelle and gave lots of mussels, clams, and 3-4 shrimp. Gave it four stars because service was a tad bit slow. read more

One of my favorite restaurants in the country. And I've been all over the place. I don't usually like Italian restaurants but this one is really something unique and special. They make everything from scratch. I've tried so many of the dishes here and never been the slightest bit disappointed. I can tell you for an absolute fact that the pesto gnocchi, the penne alla vodka, and the truffle ravioli are some of the best things I've ever eaten anywhere. The mojitos are large and the espresso martinis are THE BEST! I do recommend you save your bread until dinner, the sauces on the pastas are so good you're not gonna want to leave any on the plate! read more

How did I miss this jewel? After weekending in the area for two decades and always struggling to find decent Italian food, I finally decided to try this place. Food was excellent and staff extremely friendly. We shared the Piatti Di Ravyn & Robyn which was generous servings of cold antipasto. My other half had ravioli stuffed with fresh seafood and I had broccoli rabe with sausage and fresh pasta and finished off with tiramisu and limoncello. Excellent evening. read more

First time coming here. I was with my daughter headed to a resort and stopped her beforehand and was very pleasantly surprised how DELICIOUS the food was! We were planning an anniversary dinner there for 2. We wanted to eat in the vault area but were told it was only for parties of 4 or more. We made a reservation for the regular dining. It was very loud in the restaurant due to the bar area and the service was extremely slow. The whole time we were there the vault dining was open and no one was sitting in there. This restaurant is just too pretentious for this area. I would expect behavior like this in a NYC restaurant not in Hawley PA. I am completely disappointed. read more

This seem like a nice restaurant. The inside looks good but the food is horrible. Starting with the bread which was terrible and olive oil that had not taste. The meatballs were tough and dense the gravy bland. The Italian salad had some spoiled wilted greens, supermarket packaged quality mozzarella and tasteless tomatoes, and the dressing was tasteless with no seasoning. How can you not have good tomatoes in the summer? The Veal Milanese, was dry and overcooked with the same tasteless tomatoes in the salad. Didn't order dessert after using the rest room and saw them plating cake from supermarket boxes. I would not recommend this place at all! read more

We called and went in person to reserve a rehearsal dinner. The gentlemen we spoke to said no problem with what we wanted suggested family style with bottles of wine on the table for the price range we were looking for. My daughter called to confirm the details and the gentlemen seemed to remember nothing of our meeting, jacked the price up an additional $25 dollars a person with a decrease in the food and wine! He blamed not speaking with the kitchen before telling us they could do it!! Very poor way to conduct local business! Had a great time at Ravyn & Robyn. On Thursday's they have live Jazz, a pleasant surprise! This is not a restaurant you want to get in and out of quickly. It's a European experience where you have a nice meal with friends and family and enjoy the time and ambiance of this lovely place. Excellent decor and very friendly wait staff (all Italians). They have a full bar and good wine selection. The chef is from Italy and you really get a taste of Italy here. Home made pasta, meat and fish, all really good and made to order. The Bronzino fish was really good, gnocchi and ravioli, all really good! Get extra bread for the sauce, it's gret am so glad they are here in Hawley, it's good to have an authentic Italian restaurant here in the Poconos. All the staff are Italians from Italy. Would give it zero stars if able to. Sat down around 7pm and ordered food (3 not cheap meals for 3 people) shortly after. Waited ~45 mins of not hearing anything from any staff about the delay in meals before asking them if the food was almost ready. We were were told they'd check and then completely ignored (walking past our table multiple times and not acknowledging us.) At 8:10 we left the restaurant and were told that the crazy wait time was because we "didn't order an appetizer." I have been to hundreds of restaurants in my life and not once have I seen a place penalize you for not ordering an app by making you wait over an hour. Take your business elsewhere! read more

Tonight is the second time I have eaten at Ravyn & Robyn. My family of 7 enjoyed a holiday dinner together there and I couldn't have picked a better establishment. OMG The food is absolutely amazing and delicious it comes out steaming and fresh, Also everything is homemade. The service is slightly slow but they give you water and bread and oil but the staff are so kind and friendly. The ambiance is so elegant yet cozy and homelike. They also have gluten free options that are equally as good as the non gluten free. Their menu has amazing selection. I highly recommend the cacio de pepe, anything with the penne pasta and gnocchi is amazing the pesto is amazingly delicious and the Italian salad is an amazing appetizer. Pasta was exceptional and the portions were generous. Thanks where the goodness ended. The service was atrocious. I was not offered a glass with my beer, the server was distracted while taking our order, our dirty plates/utensils were never removed, no one checked to see if we needed anything during the entire meal, no one asked how we were enjoying the food, I had to ask repeatedly for boxes and bags, and at the end of the meal the woman who was running the house said, We did good?" She clearly saw I was disgruntled with the service but instead of being authentic curious she tried to gloss over the inept service and placate. I tried to go back a second time but they were closed for the day - as it's a small local spot, make sure to check on the most recent opening hours. The interior is more upscale than I would have expected, but the historic bank vault is a cool feature! The service was good albeit a little slower pace than I'm used to.
