Cora's Bistro never disappoints. I enjoy how they have a different section of the restaurant for lunch seating and open up another area for dinner. Once again, we were fortunate to have Heaven as our server. She did a magnificent job and hopefully, you'll enjoy her pleasant servitude, soon. We started with vegetarian boneless wings. They came with a spicy/honey sauce and they were very good. You didn't need a knife and they were consumed within seconds. Our mains were, as follows: Northside (Fried eggplant, tomato, provolone cheese, balsamic vinaigrette), Bacon Cheeseburger, and Cheeseburger. The sweet potato, swirly, and waffle fry accompaniments were good, as well. Be it for lunch or dinner, Cora's Bistro will be a smart choice and thank you, Cora's, for being open on a Monday, when 3/4 of Hawley eateries were closed.

Food was good-this place has a nice home like feel. I stopped here for dinner while traveling for work. It felt like I was at someone's home for dinner in the country. The atmosphere was very country cozy. Service was pleasant.

Solid dinner with solid bar food. Our group did a combination of wraps, wings and Gyro salads. We all enjoyed our meals. Service was great and environment was cozy. Definitely would return!

Cute cafe with amazing food, generous portions, excellent service, and very reasonable prices. Having driven by so many times, we decided today was the day to experience, and so glad we did. We started with crab stuffed mushrooms (6), looked so delicious we dug in before I remembered to take a picture. Prime Rib ciabatta sandwich, served with fries for me, the Chicken Cora for my husband. All the dishes were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Our family of 15 went to Cora's 1850 Bistro on our last evening of our poconos vacation, it did not disappoint. Large portions, reasonable prices and good service and staff. It's about 15 minutes from Woodloch Resort and is a very good option for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is from 1850 and hasn't changed much, it's a cool and authentic place.

This place was busy!! You can just see that the entire town comes here. I was impressed by how quick the food came out. Our server was great and always had a smile on her face even though she has several families to tend to with little ones. Food was piping hot so it didn't sit under the light! I'd come back!

So, on a Monday night, my…read morehusband, our kids, and I made the hour-and-a-half trek to Ravyn & Robyn... and WOW -- it was more than worth it. There's no official kids' menu, but that didn't matter one bit. The owner himself came over to chat with our kids, and without hesitation, offered to make a personal pizza for our daughter. She devoured the entire pie. My son similarly polished off a plate of chicken on a bed of spinach in record time. We shared a round of calamari and the most beautifully balanced cheese board; paired with local honey, olives, and a perfectly chosen wine. The Cacio e Pepe? Hand-made that day, cooked to the most perfect al dente, and so delicious that my daughter declared, "It tastes like fancy mac and cheese." (High praise from a discerning 5-year-old.) It would be amiss if I didn't give a shoutout to Christian, the bartender, who felt more like a magician. I asked why my gin cocktail tasted so uniquely good, and he casually mentioned he had prepped it with cucumbers for six days. SIX. DAYS. Just when we thought we couldn't eat another bite, we shared a crème brûlée--and it was the best kind of night-cap. Creamy, crackly perfection. Cozy, elevated, warm, and full of heart--Ravyn & Robyn is a gem I can't wait to visit again.
