When he came up to the front I asked why he decided to talk shit about me and I previous customer and of course he didn't answer but instead asked what I was missing which I told him just a large lemonade and he said something about me being hostile which I wasn't just very upset about how the work ethic is genuine garbage and his management skills were very poo. I have no clue how they hire or promote managers but they clearly need to fix it cause it's not working.
