The $30 burger was completely raw inside and had an off, almost rancid taste that made it inedible. The chicken sandwich was the opposite, overcooked and burned. Both were listed as coming with house-made fries but instead arrived with basic bagged potato chips. Our server never mentioned the substitution when we ordered or when the food was delivered. We left the majority of both sandwiches on our plates, yet our server never once checked in to ask whether something was wrong. When we did interact with her, she came across as rude and generally unhelpful. We also ordered the brussels sprout Caesar salad, which was extremely disappointing and bore very little resemblance to a Caesar salad. The portions overall were small, and the quality simply did not come close to matching the prices. Our bill for two cocktails, one salad, a chicken sandwich and a burger was $116. I have no problem paying that for a great meal, but given the quality of what we were served, it felt like an incredibly poor value. The cocktails were really the only part of the meal we somewhat enjoyed. To top it off, we were celebrating a birthday and had noted it on our Resy reservation, but there was no acknowledgment whatsoever. I'm especially disappointed because our previous experiences here were excellent. Restaurants can have an off night, but between the nearly inedible food, unexplained substitutions, lack of service and price point, this was far beyond a minor miss. The clowns are running the circus…read more Years ago I started coming for happy hours and wing nights with friend and family. We used to go pretty regularly for wing nights. One by one all of us started having bad experiences and stopped going as frequently or at all. Month ago our prior experience for wing night we had an hour wait and were served ice cold soggy wings. We waited so long for refills that we all only had 2 beers each because we literally couldn't get more service was so poor. After that only 2 of us were willing to give them another try. Fast forward to today 6/24/26 the last 2 of us brave enough to risk another let down in our long list of many by Haggy's went in for 75cent wing night. It was absolutely chaos. The only person even moving around or trying to take orders not behind the bar was an older lady with curly hair. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. The tall skinny guy in the red hoodie was just socializing at the bar then came around and talked to people behind the bar and messed with the POS system. The only work I saw him do was get rags because the bartender in brown with a braid spilt a drink on an old man. The girl in the brown never bothered to get us drinks or take our food order. We were literally only able to place one drink order in 40 minutes with the curly haired older lady. We came in to get 30 wings and multiple beers. After over 40 minutes of waiting and sitting there with empty beer the waitress came over to get our dinner order. We were so disgusted and annoyed we cashed out only leaving change as a tip because it was ridiculous. It was wing night and we didn't even see or smell people eating wings because the waits were so long. A table of a girl and 2 guys kitty corner to us kept looking at their phones and over at the bar waiting an incredibly long time for refills too. How can you have 3 staff members working and no service for nearly an hour? Tables, menus, and floors were sticky too. This was the last nail in the coffin. They're dead to us and I no longer know a single person willing to go to Haggy's ever again.

The speed of service, order accuracy, temperature of food, quality of food, cleanliness, and bartender friendliness has drastically declined. I've had fewer issues dine in, but a ton of problems with takeout. The straw that broke the camel's back was ordering saucy wings for takeout with extra ranch and paying for extra ranch. Waiting a long time to order a drink and tell them I was there for my order. My drink came with a fruit or drain fly in it and I waited forever on a not even busy night for the bartender to give me my takeout. When I got home they weren't saucy at all, were cold (I live only 7 mins away), and I only had 1 blue cheese when I ordered and paid for EXTRA RANCH. Even if I did eat blue cheese (NEVER) 1 isn't enough for a double order of wings. I had to go back out to the store 3 mins away and stand in line to buy ranch for my already cold wings. My parents who were regular burger eaters there(at least once a month) won't go back after getting dry burnt burgers too many times.
