it was Tuesday June 9th around 12:30 AM I went inside and the Card reader was completely gone so I had to wait so they can use my card at the drive thru one and after I paid they told me I had to wait until all the cars in the drive thru were gone which I was fine with. Then after that there was multiple times when the drive thru was empty and they didn't quickly make my order which was 2 drinks a lemonade and an Ice Capp. They didn't make it until I mentioned my ice Capp and they made it quickly but then it took another 20 mins and me asking why it's taking so long until I got the lemonade only after the lady I talked to went to the manager Kyle and then it was made. Yet again, right when she went to talk to him I heard him audibly talk shit about me and a customer previously about their order. When he came up to the front I asked why he decided to talk shit about me and I previous customer and of course he didn't answer but instead asked what I was missing which I told him just a large lemonade and he said something about me being hostile which I wasn't just very upset about how the work ethic is genuine garbage and his management skills were very poo. I have no clue how they hire or promote managers but they clearly need to fix it cause it's not working. read more

I stopped at 6:45 am for donuts. The girl said we only have and mumbled a few flavors of. Which I didn't get at all. So I asked if I e if the was a chocolate dip. Another voice ver sarcastic and rude said WE ONLY HAVE WHAT SHE SAID . I SAID I DONT ANY. Why is it they open at 5 am and by 6:45 they have limited assortment of donuts?? I PROCEEDED to another Tim Hortons on main st in Falconer and they were pleasant professional and made sure I had everything I wanted. I'm 65 yr old. I would like not to be spoke to in that manner. We were pleasantly impressed by this store. They were very polite and clean. I loved that the employee helping us just changed her gloves before taking my card. They really screw you over in the morning drive thru chaos. Last 4 visits in a row I've paid for butter, cream cheese, and extra cream cheese. I only got butter twice, I didn't get the extra cream cheese at all, and twice I hardly got any cream cheese at all. To get it fixed you have to try and find parking in the chaos then wait in line inside OR wait in drive thru line again 10 or more mins. Sometimes in the morning the drive through is wrapped around the building and out into the road because it's near a college. *Count your timbits too! They like to leave 1 or 2 out. read more

Always something wrong with price or product, sometimes both. Ordered 2 for 4 sandwiches and was over charged. Ordered 1 order of hash browns but was charged for 2 combos so I should have gotten 2 but was only given the 1 hash brown... Ordered sugar free vanilla and we can't taste it in either drink. Bagels never have enough cream cheese even if you order and pay for extra. Because of the cream cheese rip off and finding hair in my bagels several times I don't get them from this location anymore. Passing through the area from out of state. First and possibly the last time at a Tim Hortons. All I wanted was a small black coffee. Me - Went inside to counter and ordered a small black coffee original blend Cashier- rang it up and asked for $2.11 Me - Is this a small? C - Yes Me - Pointing to the giant menu - it says $1.65 - I can't believe the tax would be that much. C - Fumbling around but being nice (didn't know what to do). She discovers the cash register is ringing it up at $1.95 Me - Perhaps you should call the manager, which she does Manager comes over, reviews the problem, and says it's 1.95. Me - I again point to the menu board and ask why the discrepancy? Mgr. - I'm really busy - I don't have time for this! and walks away. WOW! I know 30 cents isn't a big amount of money but this is a simple fast food menu item. The price on the cash register should match the menu board. If óit doesn't you need to fix it and apologize. Period. Btw I never raised my voice or was rude in any way. I simply wanted to pay the price on the menu. This manager set a very poor example for her employee. read more

I'm a Tim Horton's fan but this is by far the most dysfunctional TH's on the face of the earth. No seating, slow service and a drive thru line that generally wraps around the building. I ordered a medium coffee with cream to drop off for my wife at the hospital. No food, no special instructions, just this one thing. When she got it she told me it didn't have any cream. Lo and behold, it was black coffee, even though it had the little white "C" on the lid. So I go to return it for a refund. They initially offer to remake it, but did concede to refund me after a brief explanation. Wow though, orders don't get simpler than that. Does TH train their employees by having them stare into the sun for long hours of the day? If you can't get this order right, go pound salt is all I'm sayin'. read more

This Tims is really awesome! They are friendly, fast, and the coffee is my favorite. I enjoy the tim bits, and the drive-thru is super speedy in the morning, leaving you just enough time to sneak into your cubicle at work to pretend you've been there all morning. I am a horrible, horrible employee and you have no idea how much their speedy service has helped me. I highly recommend the plain oatmeal and the everything bagel with peanut butter, it warms my heart - and unfortunately my pants too, because sometimes I spill it while I am driving to work. I am giving this unoriginal wannabe Starbucks chain - fast food establishment a soft 4 out of 5 stars because I love the coffee, but only a 4 because I still can't get the peanut butter off my favorite stone washed jeans. read more

Asked to get hazelnut syrup added to my coffee this morning and was refused. Were they out of syrup? nope. Could I pay extra for it? nope. They just didn't want to help a customer out, apparently corporate has made a rule that you can't do that. With so many new coffee shops opening around town, I think I'll take the 5 extra minutes to go somewhere that wants to give good customer service...... read more

Tim Horton's is a nice chain from Canada. I like this particular store because it is one of the cleanest facility on the highway 86 between Binghampton and Erie. It has become my regular stop during many of my weekend trips. read more

Have to throw it out there that this is my first review. Usually if I review something it's because I think people should get recognition for their hard work. In this case, I am increasingly growing frustrated. I stop at Tims EVERY day, same time. I order the SAME thing and they mess the order up every time! It wasn't here and there, it's literally every time. So I started pulling into the parking lot and going in to correct my order, because hey, I paid for that. There customer service inside is no better, 5 people will see you at the counter and just ignore you.. rather than saying something like "hey, someone will be right with you." Last time I saw a worker yelling at an elderly women when she was at the pick up counter, not the kind of behavior I would expect from a grown man. This service is always on the morning shift, weather there are 10 cars behind me or 1, everything is rushed and not done correctly. Would not be writing this review if it was a one or two time incident. I don't recommend this location. read more

Excellent food, coffee, smoothies. Donuts are not greasy as other well known donut shops are. Very clean and comfortable seating.
