    Iced Coffee and Timbits!
    Shawna S.

We were pleasantly impressed by this store. They were very polite and clean. I loved that the employee helping us just changed her gloves before taking my card. The order was perfect and she was very quick. Granted, it's Coffee and Timbits.... gotta love some comfort food! Can't say anything negative. Thanks Tim Horton's!!

Attitude and told I'm wrong when I told them this isn't the extra cream cheese we paid 90 extra cents for for each. Bullshit

Always something wrong with price or product, sometimes both. Ordered 2 for 4 sandwiches and was over charged. Ordered 1 order of hash browns but was charged for 2 combos so I should have gotten 2 but was only given the 1 hash brown... Ordered sugar free vanilla and we can't taste it in either drink. Bagels never have enough cream cheese even if you order and pay for extra. Because of the cream cheese rip off and finding hair in my bagels several times I don't get them from this location anymore. Disgusting

Excellent food, coffee, smoothies. Donuts are not greasy as other well known donut shops are. Very clean and comfortable seating.

The cream filled chocolate eclair is rich and decadent. The donut holes are huge, sweet, yeasty and perfectly fried. Went two days in a row, they were that good! Service was friendlier on the second visit, than the first. There's a large area inside but no seating. That seemed odd until I watched the whole area fill up with a line of people. Go. Go back. You won't be disappointed!

The case was full of tempting choices, and everything looked amazing. The maple cream donut was absolute heaven -- the glaze had just the right touch of maple to balance the thick, tender dough. The edges were perfectly crispy, and the texture was unlike any donut I've ever had. The glazed twist was equally delicious. The coffee was very good, though a little too hot to enjoy right away. The only real downside was the lack of seating -- no tables or chairs inside, despite the large open lobby, and no benches outside either. We ended up eating in the car. That said, the donuts were so good we went back in for more. Definitely worth the stop! It was so good, we brought friends with us the following morning because donuts this good need to be shared with friends. And best of all...maybe prices were insanely cheap!!! No wonder people were walking out with two and three dozen...

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

The breakfast sandwich I chose was the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. It was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! We did an online order and he had to wait a bit to get everything because they were so busy, but it wasn't a bad wait at all!

I walked in and there was only a short line but it moves fast. Everyone always loves watching the conveyor belts with the fresh donuts being made. It's such a cool vibe to be able to watch them make each donut from scratch. I got to the front of the line and just ordered a traditional dozen donuts. Then something happened that I NEVER would have expected. The staff member said, "Would you like another dozen for 16 cents?" I was caught so off guard that another dozen was only SIXTEEN CENTS, that I made him repeat it just to make sure I heard him right. I was absolutely floored but I knew I would be dumb to say no to this deal. Long story short, I left with 24 donuts and had no idea how I would eat them all. Luckily, I was heading home to a full house of visitors and family who would help. I know they're just donuts but they feel like a special treat and they are so delicious. Like I said, I need to come back to Erie more often.
