Very nice ambiance. Great service and great food. Great place for date night. I had the short rib bolognese. My bride had the gnocchi. Both delicious

What stands out most about this restaurant is the amazing customer service we received. Everyone from the hosts, to our server Ariel, to the chef Leo provided us with intimate, attentive service! The food was absolutely delightful. The appetizers were so incredibly flavorful, fulfilling, and filling. Unfortunately, we had eaten somewhere before coming here, so we didn't have space for dessert Our server was the best. I love that he helped us make decisions about our food and was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about each dish. The ambiance... exquisite and entrancing. Every touch was delicately curated. The patterns, fabrics, leather bound menus... I can't say enough about this place! Definitely recommend you go

Food is absolutely delicious here. Ravello deserves a Michelin Star. Service is attentive, friendly, and engaging. Ambiance is unique and elegant--used to be an old historic bank.

What a great restaurant! The food, service and ambiance were superb. I would recommend this place for a special occasion, treating your self, or just because. I started with their bread and a glass of DOMAINE BEAUSÉJOUR "LES GRENETTES," TOURAINE. If you like Sauvignon Blanc, you will like this. The bread was a bit oily for me but had good flavor. The salmon was so good and the skin was crispy which I prefer, so I can eat it. I also asked for a side of pasta to complete my meal. I can't wait to come back and check out the outside rooftop area and other dish items.

Where do I begin. The waiter was so soft spoken we had a very hard time hearing him. The Carpaccio I didn't enjoy. I really tried to like it. It's a thin sliced beef tenderloin that apparently comes out raw with some bland sauce. Main course was my filet that was cooked well and the mashed potatoes were good. The kale around the edges was like eating rubber. No seasoning at all. The beef pasta was horrible. Super bland. I have never had anything so bland in my life and I love pasta. This night was a hard pass for us! If you come here you need to be prepared and hide some salt in your pocket. But I have to say this place is spectacular to visit. Gorgeous on the inside.

Back in town for two weeks, and had to give this beautiful space a second try. Leaps and bounds improvement! The food and service was excellent, on that I have no notes. The acoustics are still bad, with only three tables seated it was very loud. The restaurant is a GORGEOUS historic bank so the sound just bounces and echos across the hard surfaces. A few acoustic insulation panels (color matched to not ruin the look) would good a long way! Go see Brandon upstairs at Bar Attico for a pre dinner cocktail!!!

It was a truly romantic, pleasant vibe. The ambience was great, and the server was beyond great the whole staff was professional, and the food was top-tier. I definitely will return.

Great upscale local restaurant in a beautiful open space. It's pricy, but not crazy, and a nice splurge one evening during a short visit to the area. The cynar flip is interesting, very creamy. The servers all knew their stuff about the food and drink, and could discuss them and make recommendations. The greens with balsamic and mozzarella, tomato, and focaccia was nice--not a tiny salad but not huge, not a full meal, and a reasonable addition if one is just getting a past dish. I asked for a recommendation as to the gnocchi or the bolognese and the bartender recommended the ricotta gnocchi, despite the lower price tag, which was notable. Gnocchi is nice to get in restaurants because it can be tricky to get the cooking conditions right at home. It didn't disappoint--perfectly cooked through but not gummy or chewy or powdery. It's was very cheesy, in a good way. The food came out promptly, but not hastily, and at no point did I feel rushed. The staff was all excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional.

The space in this restaurant is very nice, I came here on Wednesday night when the restaurant was about half full for dinner. There are a few tables in front of the open kitchen, which is where they sat me. I would suggest avoiding this area as it is quite loud with all of the kitchen activity which made for an unpleasant dining experience. They do have a nice bar located in their dining room, and you can dine at the bar also. Let me first say that the service was great throughout my time here (thank you Quincy!). I started with a glass of red wine and the Panzella salad, both were good. For the entrée I went with the Bolognese. The arugula garnish was super heavy, almost a salad in itself. But no, I don't prefer bitter arugula with my pasta. The Pappardelle Pasta was great, but the beef Ragu fell way short. It lacked any depth of flavor from either the tomato base or the meat, which left no trace of fatty goodness that one wants in a solid Ragu. It also contained diced pieces of carrot (fairly traditional), yet the pieces of carrot were raw and crunchy, which severely detracted from the dish. I might also suggest that the restaurant provide diners with some type of complimentary bread, which would've been nice to have with the pasta. I got a piece of pistachio cake to-go, and it was the star of the dinner show IMO. I will definitely give them another try sometime. However, this visit just scored on the average for me.

You need to come here to experience the great food and atmosphere. I suggest sitting at the marble counter bar and be pampered by the bartending staff and take in the ambient gothic urban ambient lighting which makes this place look like a movie set. I ordered the house focaccia to start and it was served warm , crunchy, soft and buttery. Perfect for the olive oil dip.....however..... When my Malfaldine Al Taturo arrived, I ended up dipping much of my focaccia into the creamy truffle sauce surrounded by fresh made pasta. Yum! Wonderful place with great service! I will be back!

Thankfully a Saturday night still light out as we drove around the block several times. The entrance to the building is not clearly marked and after trial and error realized it was to the back of the building. Note parking is in a separate building across the street from this one. Once inside I assumed the top floor in the elevator as the wedding was taking place on the roof. The venue was perfect layout for this special occasion. The only thing that could have made it better would have been heaters on the roof as it was 39 degrees outside. Once the dinner was served everybody was quiet as many people remarked on how it was exceptionally good. I had the chicken Marsala and it was delicious. Extremely large portion that I was unable to finish. My husband had the steak they were all served rare which to me was perfect. Hubby thought it was a little dry. The dinner roll that was on the dinner plate was exceptional. It was slightly sweet and was nice with the gravy. It was the most luxurious of the three hotels in the program. Photos shown include our room 317. The room included two queen beds, a reasonably large desk, a door to an adjoining room, two religious literature (a Gideons' Holy Bible, and The Book of Mormon) in the nightstand, ample closet space, and "high-tech" light switches that required some head-scratching to use them. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower stall. I used the latter. The bed pillows were fluffier than those of Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead, so I needed just one to sleep on. I had to contact front desk and maintenance staff for a "Do Not Disturb" sign as the room did not have one. Sadly, it did not prevent room service from entering the room the next day to make the beds and re-fluff the pillows. My sleep was not impacted but my impression of the overall service was. On the first night, our group went to a private room for dinner. We walked from one end (where our rooms were) to the other end of the hotel. Food was catered in-house as evidence by the serving staff in their hotel uniforms. On both mornings, we had breakfast at The House. It was buffet style with plenty of choices and plentiful in volume. Since we had coupons, we didn't have to pay a cent. However, I didn't give my coupon to the waiters both times and still ate for free. But I sat with my fellow group members so it wasn't an issue. For second day's dinner, I ordered mozzarella sticks to go from The House. It was pricier than I would like, but it kept me fed. There was only one laundry room and it was located on the second floor. It was free of charge but access to the room required the room key. I did my laundry on the morning of the second day. Did not have any issues with the washer or the dryer. It was nice of the hotel to provide a small lounging area just outside the laundry room where I waited until my laundry's done. The laundry room had two microwaves. Don't ask me why they were there. I'd have put them where the vending machines and the ice machines are. I did not try the spa. There wasn't sufficient time and the high price tag was enough reason not to. Nor did I patronize the performing arts venue adjoining the hotel. But there were plenty of lounging areas throughout the first and second floors. The one that I used for a private Zoom meeting was on the second floor, and had plenty of distance away from foot traffic for a reasonable expectation of privacy. If it was entirely up to me, I would not choose the Renaissance. It's out of my price range and I can easily find less expensive choices nearby. However, the stay was mostly pleasant especially when covered by the tour program. If you're willing to pay the price, it's worth it.
