First time visit, will definitely be back!! First, this place is beautiful!! The grounds are amazing. Vineyards, beautiful fountain pond, amphitheater, swings, bocci ball, beautiful trees, picnic tables, lounge chairs. They have it all!! We say outside because the weather was amazing but the inside was beautiful as well. The sparkling wines were amazing!! We did the tasting for $25, which is waived with 2 bottle purchase. Hello! Of course we bought two bottles, and more! The wines were amazing!! We also signed up for the wine club. Note that I know about this awesome place, I'll be there every time I visit Paso. The best part of the day was Nathaly. She was so sweet and helpful. Friendly, accommodating, gracious and knowledgeable. We loved talking to her. Rava was recommended to us while visiting another Eastside winery. We were talking about how much we loved bubbles and were told that Rava was the place to go for sparkling wine in Paso, and boy was that true. I've only once ever been to another winery with such a broad sparkling wine menu, and not only did Rava set the bar in this category, but they brought the variety too. For our tasting flight we tried 5 unique sparkling wines, then got an additional off menu pour. In addition to the sparkling flight, they had a still flight and offered mimosas. And they also had other sparkling wines on their menu that didn't make the tasting. Of the 6 sparkling wines we tried, there wasn't a single one we didn't like. We definitely had our favorites, but all were nice and truly had their own flavor profiles. I also really liked that even though they made their wine in the Méthode Champenoise, none of them were too yeasty. After all the tasting, we ended up going home with 3 different bottles of bubbles. So why the docked star? The tasting environment. We tasted in what was a massive venue space. It felt like a space that should be used for hosting a big conference or wedding reception. It was too big and made the experience feel less personal. I'm not sure if this was just due to bad weather, as it did seem most of the furniture was outdoor furniture, but it was kind of a bummer. Overall, we had good service and enjoyed the sparkling wines. I'm excited to pop our bottles for a fun occasion soon. read more

Autumn is a beautiful time of year for tasting with the vineyard canopies changing colors and avoiding the Summer crowds. We had another tasting scheduled and told our server what time we had to leave (90 minutes). When it was 15 minutes before our intended departure time, we had to track her down for 3 more pours and our bill to settle up. My husband and I are from WA and this was our first trip to Paso for our Anniversary. As I work in the wine industry in WA I was very excited to get to know Paso Robles. We stayed in a very cool container home Air-BnB in the east valley. Our welcome bottle of wine was from one of their favorites, Rava. The Rosé they left was delicious and when I heard they did sparkling wine of course we had to go to the tasting room! We were running late and they were so welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. Nathalay was amazing! So sweet and so knowledgeable about everything! Their Bubbles were incredible. If you are a champagne lover you will love this place! So many to choose from! And their traditional wines were just as enjoyable. Although we didn't eat there, the menu looked amazing. I went wine tasting here with a girl friend and I can honestly say this is now my favorite winery in the Paso Robles area. We came on a Sunday afternoon and there was a live band playing. We got the sparkling flights and it was very refreshing and relaxing. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and informative. We got a plate of peaches with burrata cheese- it was sooooo good! There was a honey drizzle over the peaches and cheese and the texture/flavor combo was amazing. The moment we saw the property, we fell in love--it truly feels like a slice of Florence right in California. She answered every question we had, sent all the information and materials on time, and made the entire planning process feel effortless. Her professionalism and genuine care were felt throughout, and she played a huge part in making our day seamless. One of the most unique and special aspects of Rava Wines is the event hall. It's a blank slate, which gives you limitless possibilities to design and decorate for each event in a way that feels fresh and unique. The space allows for such creativity--our decorator was able to completely transform it, bringing elegance, color, and personality to each event, making every part of the wedding feel distinct and personalized. The flexibility of the event hall is an absolute dream for any artist or decorator, and it really made our wedding stand out in the best way. (As you can see from the pictures!) The venue itself offers so many different areas for various events, and each spot is stunning in its own way. Our guests loved how easy it was to walk from the lawn to the event hall or the courtyard without feeling like they had to trek long distances. It's rare to find a venue that's both expansive and so walkable. Even our photographers and videographers were raving about the endless spots for capturing beautiful, unique shots. The variety of scenery all around the venue allowed every picture and video to have a different backdrop and vibe--something that's hard to come by at other wineries. And, of course, we can't forget about the wine. The selection was absolutely fantastic, and our guests were especially in love with the rosé. Most wineries will comp the whole party's tasting fee when you make a minimum wine purchase. Not so at this winery. We purchased $100 + worth of wine plus another $50 worth of food and they only comped ONE wine tasting fee. Plus, it's a VERY noisy venue. We couldn't hear the hostess. We won't be back. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Rava wines! My husband and I stopped by mid week for champagne after being referred here from another winery. We loved every second of our visit. Our server was amazing, telling us information about the wine and having great conversations with us about the local area. Our server really elevated our experience from winery to something much more educational while still being friendly. She did a great job making sure we had everything we needed while allowing us to have conversations. The champagne was delicious, we did a tasting and all of them were amazing. The absolute best part was the area and view. The silence was amazing, we could hear the vines move with the wind and it was just perfect. There were about 5 other tables full, but they were so spread out that everyone was able to have their relaxing privacy. We ended up purchasing a bottle as well as a charcuterie box. We LOVE Rava! We had our wedding at Rava last month and could not have pictured a more beautiful or perfect place to celebrate. Brianna was our event contact throughout the entire wedding planning process and we loved working with her. She was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. We kept saying throughout the planning process "Rava makes this easy - it's already so beautiful we don't have to dress it up at all!" which could not be more true. Exactly the tuscan, elegant vibe we were looking for for our wedding. We stayed in the villa onsite all weekend which was also an incredible experience and such a beautiful spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready on the day-of.
