Beautiful winery with delicious wines! Love that they had a white wine flight. I would highly recommend this on your trip to Paso

I enjoyed every wine I had here. This is a hidden gem on the east side of Paso. Tasting cost $20. Cuvée blance and the SGM was nice, Cabernet Sauvignon was nice. Not a fan of the Pinot Grigio.

If you're into sipping wine with a view, you gotta check out Stillwater, their patio is the real deal with stunning vineyard views. Once we sat down, we were served with complimentary olives and crackers. They grow their own olives and they're super delicious but too bad they don't sell them. We were told that post-covid, they used to host weddings now they are hosting music events instead. We tried their blanc, grenache, merlot, and blend and we were impressed with the wines. We ended up getting a few bottles of their rose, white, and red to take home. Stillwater is one of the best spots for wine tasting. Super chill vibe, awesome wine, and that view is definitely worth a visit! It's dog-friendly and our dog loves this winery too!

There's no better place to spend Valentine's Day than wine tasting with someone special. Our first stop on the tour was Still Waters. We were greeted by Lynn and this lady is just amazing! Her fun spirit, great attitude and positive energy was a perfect start to our day. We were offered to any open seating and a plate of complimentary olive tamponade with crackers. The views here are beyond gorgeous, the mascot dog, Rowdy is just too cute and the owner who took time to talk with us and welcomed us like family added to the unforgettable experience. On select days they have fish tacos, live music and other small bites made to order at their outdoor kitchen. We definitely would have stayed longer than an hour and half , brought lunch, purchased a bottle to enjoy there but we had another vineyard to visit in the tour. We truly loved this vineyard, the atmosphere, the people , there wasn't a wine we didn't like and our favorite was the Fisherman's Red. It was so perfect that we couldn't resist taking six bottles to enjoy back home. Definitely add this special vineyard to your wine tasting experience. We will definitely be back and will make a day of it rather than a stop. Cheers!

Plus, Cass just has to stop by Cass when in town... We sat outside this time which was nicer than last time we came, and the food tasted fresher and even better. Our pizza was perfectly wood fired, and even though I'm not typically a big crab cake person, this was the best crab cake & greens I've ever had! I will be back for some rose and that crab cake alone. Not a snooty winery, and just a great vibe all around. You have to make Cass a regular Paso stop!

The menu is incredibly well thought out, and everything we ordered delivered. The tri-tip sandwich is among the best versions of that sandwich we've had anywhere, full stop. The wood-fired oven items were all exceptional as well, every dish clearly made with real care and attention. This is a restaurant that would stand out on its own merits regardless of the winery attached to it. We will absolutely be back to properly explore the wine program and the rest of the property, but even on the strength of this one meal, Cass earns a strong recommendation. Legitimately exceeds expectations.

Our tasting guide definitely knew her stuff and I appreciated all the time she's put in with Sculpterra! I loved how they grew pistachios too and have them for purchase to enjoy with your wine. All the sculptures are so unique and interesting. You could even find details of iron work in the bathroom! Very cool. The outdoor area was beautiful and it was fun to check out the big photos and play some bocce pall. The breeze and weather and ambiance were all great, it was a perfect first stop upon arrival in Paso for the weekend!

The grounds are gorgeous, the sculptures throughout the property are genuinely impressive, and the music and scene were a great backdrop. The wine itself seemed perfectly decent. But the experience on the ground was bad enough that none of that mattered by the time we left. We didn't have a reservation, that's on us. But the website says reservations are recommended, not required, so we figured we'd try anyway. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we weren't wanted. The hostess hustled us into a side room, then walked off, at which point a server immediately told me -- not pleasantly -- that I was standing in the wrong place. When I asked about a few wines I was interested in, I was met with a clear lack of interest, capped off by being rudely told to just get a glass of muscat, like the suggestion was as much about getting rid of me as it was a recommendation. So that's what we did, and then we left. We tasted at several other wineries in Paso Robles that day and had wonderful experiences at every one of them. Staff who were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to have us, reservation or not. Sculpterra was the only stop where we walked away having spent next to nothing, and it's the only place on the entire trip we'll never go back to, no matter how nice the grounds are. Beautiful property, but the people working the floor that day made it clear they didn't want our business, so we obliged.

We arrived and there was a big house with a bunch of old farm equipment around and some campers on the front lawn. We followed the signs to the winery and entered the tasting room. This room smells like mold, or mildew. It was kind of strange. Also, seemed like this was their shipping room it seemed very full and cluttered. There were several people that looked like they had been waiting to begin tasting. So we quickly sat down and joined the group. First, I must say every wine we tasted at this establishment was fantastic. And the other folks in the tasting room were friendly and fun. The sommelier was also the vintner. It must be said, Roger told lots of stories that were a bit off-color. I don't think it's necessary to insult or put other people down to get a laugh. Laurie was kind and friendly, and he put her down several times in front of all of us. That part of the tasting experience was not fun. I have only spent less than an hour in his presence and I know I would not want to spend more time with him. He is a classic white male misogynist with a big ego. But if Laurie is running the tasting, I am sure you'll have a great experience.
