Buyer beware. Owner is shady. Had my phone fixed there 8 days ago. Normal crack screen nothing too difficult. Replaced the screen and within an hour the phone was turning off and on by itself. Took it back within that hour and they reset the screen. Over the next week the phone would do the same thing. Took it back today and the owner states I cracked the screen so he's not replacing it. Ok so I did my research on a few places and this place had the best price for screen replacement. I came in and was told to leave my phone and come back in 2 hrs because they had a few devices I front of me. But because I had no way of them calling me I asked if I could just stay and wait. They said it was fine. Literally like less than 20 mins they asked for my phone and fixed it in less than 10min. I was thankful but also a little confused since they had told me to come back in 2hrs. When I left I noticed my phone kept flashing. But I didn't pay attention to it, I noticed it at night my phone kept acting as if someone was touching it. Kept flashing on and off and at night that's very noticeable. I took it back the next day and they told me to leave it. I left and they called me back in an hour and they said they had fixed it. On my way home it continued to do the same and I went back right away. They said they would look at it but it would be a while and I told them I would wait since it was traffic hour. They again didn't take more than half an hour to test it, they said they were going to place another screen since that one was acting up. When I was waiting I made small talk with an older man also waiting and he said he phone was cracked as well. They fixed his and he left. A few minutes later he walked back in saying the speaker sounded awful when he made calls, almost like it was loose. They had to repair it again. They gave me my phone back and it worked fine. In less than a month the phone screen started acting up again and now it touches alone even when I'm using it. The screen scrolls down or freezes. I just feel like yes this place has the best price but it's also one of those places where you get what you payed for. We stopped by quickly today from out of town because my wife's phone stopped working. He as very friendly and tried several things on the phone without success. We just walked in and he did all of this in front. If me to show me. Total charge: $0...! He was very helpful and I highly recommend going there if your phone is on the fritz! They should market to all of those UofR students too. Close by to campus. He took apart the phone and tried a new battery and new screen and it still did not work. He quoted us about $140-180 to send it out to get fixed, but phone only worth $200...he tried everything, but phone was gone. We called Apple store first and they could jot fix it over the phone and recommended appt in store. Next appt in 2 weeks! Disappointed with my service. Cracked the front and back of my iPhone, and brought it in to get it replaced. Both screen, sound, and camera were working fine before bringing it in. I paid over two hundred dollars for replacement, and when I picked up my phone and took it home the touch screen wouldn't work and the phone would reboot after every 3 minutes, even when I would just let it sit on a flat surface without touching it. Brought it in first thing in the morning the next day, and was told that when they change screens there is a possibility that other pieces that were held together could become damaged during the replacement. In order to get my phone functioning again, they placed a different colored frame and back screen on my phone (blue) than what it originally was (grey). If I wanted to get another grey colored piece like the original color I had, it would have to be an additional $150. Decided I just wanted my phone back and agreed with the placement of the blue frame. After bringing it home again, at night time when I wanted to use my flashlight it wasn't working, and then I realized that my back camera wasn't working as well. Had to come back the next day again for them to fix my camera and flashlight. My personal preference in this situation would have been for them to have warned me beforehand that there was a risk of additional broken parts that could become an issue when dismantling a phone. That way as a customer you a prepared to financially pay more if needed, and can make the decision to that risk. Not to be told after my phone had already been dismantled and not functioning properly. Paying over two hundred dollars to leave with a phone that looks completely different than what I brought in is completely disappointing. Not to mention having to drive back and forth multiple times on 3 separate days in order to get my phone functioning normal. The only good reason I would credit the 1 star, is simply for how well mannered and respectful the employees spoke to me. read more

Edward saved me!! I got completely locked out of my android phone. Entered 60+ passwords and none worked (didnt get locked out because I waited at least 2 mins between attempts). ATT, Samsung, and Geek Squad all told me the only option was a hard reset of the phone and I would lose everything on it. Wasnt willing to do that yet. I bought a new phone but couldnt transfer the data from the old locked phone. RAS had repaired a screen for me before, so I went in & told Edward the problem. He took my new phone, typed in a bunch of stuff and kicked off a restore from Google on the new phone - in about 10 mins. All the data, pix, etc transferred over. You are a lifesaver, Edward! DONT GO HERE! I got scammed!!! I have gone here 3 times now and If I could give negative stars, I would. my last time I went here 7/15/2021 I took my phone in after it was severely broken. I accidentally ran it over. I asked Caesar to see if the phone was repairable. He had his assistant "complete" the task. He plugged in a new screen but not before his assistant went to the back multiple times and couldn't find the right one. He also had to be told Multiple times what to do and didn't seem competent on how to do the repair. They came to the conclusion that the phone still worked based off of it turning on when plugging in the new screen. Before I left my phone with them to be repaired, I asked them to check the camera as well as go through the phone and make sure everything else was working properly. Later on that day I got a phone call saying the camera needed to be replaced also. We told them AGAIN to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong with the phone. I went and picked it up and as soon as I did I noticed the phone wasn't receiving service even with the SIM card in the phone. I addressed the issue immediately and they said I just needed to do the update and everything would work. I paid the $263 for repairs and went home. Immediately noticed the volume doesn't work, I tried updating the phone multiple times with no luck. I then called back to explain the phone still isn't working and won't update. I was then told there is something wrong with the motherboard and would need to send in the phone to someone else. I asked for a refund and would have them take all of their parts off of the phone. after trying to explain to Caesar MULTIPLE times, all he did was speak over me argue and say what happened wasn't true and wouldn't let me talk. He was EXTREMELY rude. He also said there would be no way of them knowing if there was anything additional wrong when he is supposed to be a professional, I immediately noticed several things wrong with no phone repair experience. I told him I understand if you don't do refunds, will you buy the phone off of me? he again told me no. I would not have had them replace anything or repair the phone had I known they were going to be this unprofessional and not complete the repairs as requested multiple times. Nor offer me a refund or solution to the problem! Extremely unprofessional!!! In response to your comment on my review: My accurate review is not a person attack on your small business nor your employee. Everything I stated was accurate. You stated you gave me a "free upgrade" to an 11 pro max screen when in fact my phone IS an 11 pro max. So therefore had the iPhone 11 screen you referenced been in stock, you would have replaced it with a lower model screen. You just proved my point in lack of competency as well as unprofessionalism. You wouldn't even let me speak when I asked you nicely over the phone to please let me finish what I was saying then did not offer a resolution to the situation before it escalated again proving unprofessionalism. Also you have several bad reviews so it's not just me. You also mention 100% customer satisfaction when clearly that isn't true either.
