I managed to destroy my phone screen earlier this week, and luckily my sister knew of RASelectronics. I actually have Apple Care+ so I could have had it repaired through them for $30, but the last time I had them repair my phone it took weeks to get an appointment and then I waited hours for the repair. Cesar was able to fix my phone in 15 mins for only $50. I'd much rather pay a business in my community than deal with Apple so the price was worth it to me. It was super easy to make an appointment for just a few days after I broke it, and it literally only took 15 mins. My phone screen looks better than I remember and he included a tempered glass screen protector for an additional $5. I can't recommend Cesar's work enough. My phone was accidentally stepped on, which shattered the screen. I requested quotes from multiple businesses via Yelp & Cesar almost instantly responded to me with the lowest competitive price compared to the other businesses. I was actually a little concerned because of how affordable the service was - maybe the screens he uses are low quality & will give me problems in the future? I was pleasantly proven wrong! Cesar scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which is another thing I really appreciated. I had a hard time finding the business because he operates out of his home, but his business' logo stands near his mailbox, so that was helpful! I arrived exactly on time & honestly felt a bit awkward having to walk through someone's personal driveway, but he operates so professionally that it totally made up for the 10 seconds of awkward feelings! I rang his doorbell & he quickly opened the door & stepped outside onto the front porch. Because he works from home, I was pleasantly surprised to see that he got dressed & made himself presentable for his customers, rather than working in sweats or pajamas. I showed him my phone & we confirmed the price quote. He offers the option for you to wait outside in his waiting area (a lovely bench on the front porch, with a view of the yard) or wait in your car. I chose to wait on the bench & the repair took about 15 minutes. He does accept tips on your card as well! It's been a couple months since the repair & my phone is still working well! I haven't put a screen protector on (oopsie!) but my screen is still in great shape! Hopefully I won't need Cesar's services any time soon, but if I do, I'll certainly go back to him! read more

The kid that put on my screen didn't know what he was doing I drop my phone from 6inches from coffee table. The screen went black it landed on top of phone with case. There was no crack or anything. When the kid was doing it, it took him a hour to do. Cesar was telling him no not like this and teaching him but then the boss left and he finish job half hour later. I thought it was just cheap screen but no damage on it I mean I drop it a foot at most. The kid just didn't put my phone back together right. In a word, incompetent. Gave them an Apple Watch that worked fine, just needed the battery replaced. They broke it, then some clown named Ceasar claimed it was a manfacuring error by Apple and that he's not responsible for it not working even though it worked when I dropped it off. So let me start from the beginning. I originally had an Iphone X that i had cracked the screen, i wasn't trying to go to apple to get it repaired as i knew i would have to pay over $200 but now i wish i had gone to a professional for the work. Instead i went here and yes Ceaser is a nice guy and all and has great prices but you get what you pay for and in my case the defective screen he put on my iphone caused even more damage to it in the long run, so much that i was told by a certified Apple Technician that the phone is now un repairable and it was due to a short in the new screen installation because the guy (Ceaser) put a defective product and or harmed some of the connections during the process. So not only did i have the hassle of having to figure out what was happening to my phone but Ceaser denied being the culprit and made it seem like its my fault for dropping my phone even though i had a otter box case and the apple care technician said drops from 8ft with a case would not cause that and proved to me that it was due to a defective screen. Worst part is I completed believed Ceaser (cause hes a nice guy and is great at making you think he knows his stuff) until the apple technician told me otherwise and i will definitely take the word of a professional over any. Well long story short i now had to pay of the remaining balance for my iphone X and not to mention the money i spent with Ceaser i could have gotten an iphone 11 for just a bit more. Such a waste.
