The Interaction was great, responded to all of my questions extremely fast and was very friendly and professional. He fixed my screen in about fifteen to twenty minutes. It was good work but he put a tinted screen on my iPhone, which I did not request, and it made my phone die faster because I had to have to brightness all the way turned up to see anything. The screen only lasted a month before it cracked again, not sure if it was the quality of the screen or not. I would recommend just make sure you don't get a tinted screen. Not sure if the screen had a warranty on it or not but it's been replaced somewhere else. read more

After considering trying to replace iPhone6 and iPad Air 1 screens myself that were shattered, I just stopped by RAS in North Redlands to see if I could stomach the cost for someone who does this all the time. Was I surprised! The location is almost hidden from view and very unimpressive. Sad because the shop is very clean and orderly inside and Caesar is a really nice and professional tech. The prices are VERY affordable. The phone was repaired in 10 mins. I'm going back today to get the iPad screen replaced, after Caesar's comments helped me convince the wife that she does not "need" to buy a new iPad. (She's used to PC's built-in obsolescence and failure rate.) Good news for my wallet. I would surely recommend seeing Caesar if you destroy your devices. read more

I expected "Another" fix it guy. I was very impressed and glad that I called. Cesar knows his stuff. Based within his home, He had all the tools and supplies that he needed to complete the repair to my iPhone 6. It needed a battery and he went the extra mile to also clean out the inside of my phone and also to clean the home button. The repair took about 20 minutes. It works great now. I went in Friday April 16 2021 with a broken back iPhone 8 Plus glass. They had me leave the phone for two hours while they completed it. After coming back to get the phone I noticed the glass was damaged and glue was all over my phone. The owner mentioned the glass was defected and would fix it. He did, I waited another hour and got my phone back. I was told not to touch it as the glue has not settled so I did not. Fast forward to Saturday the next day I notice a crack on my front screen. I did not cause this, they did. I called in and Cesar told me to bring it in for him to look at it. I live 30 minutes away, drive there Monday and he denies any damage done to my phone. I did not drop it, followed his orders of not touching my phone to let the glue set, and notice a chip on my front glass. Do not give these people business. Unreliable, take your money but fail to fix their mistakes. I have no reason to lie about me chipping the front glass. The glass was brand new put in through my insurance. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
