So HAPPY that I found this place! They are a much-needed addition to the community because before RAS came along, price gouging on phone repairs was rampant in the community. I only paid about $30 for a battery replacement for my old iPhone 6 back-up phone at RAS! They did an amazing job and they only use genuine Apple batteries and parts. I can actually verify that because on the day that I went into their shop, they were receiving a very large order and I peeked into the delivery truck and saw nothing but packages with Apple logo labels, so that was very comforting to see. And guess what? They told me that the battery replacement would only take ten minutes WITHOUT A RESERVATION, and I just smiled & settled in for a long wait. To my surprise, the technician really DID have my phone ready in exactly ten minutes. She was so efficient & professional, & friendly too, just like Cesar, the owner, whom I also had the pleasure of meeting. Do not come here the owner is a crook he blames everything on you and goes as far as to say you threw your item and brought it to them for a free fix. He called me a scammer and a liar which is defamatory and against the law. He then proceeded to say I'm trying to pull one over on them. All I wanted was my controller fixed for the MK1 Beta this is beyond what I asked for he's a crook and a liar he stole my property and tried to make me pay for it back a true scam through and through. Since he's under my review claiming i'm a liar once again now he's just blatantly lying Cesar you know your employee told me $25 was the quote I never agreed to any repair which is why to my chagrin I was scammed into paying you anything in the first place.Don't advertise free diagnostics and then charge people for a service they did not request.You are the scammer and defamation is a thing I will humbly be seeking justice for how I and many others you rip off were treated. Careful when you use this type of business out of a house . They claim to have life time warranty on repairs and when it comes down to it they refuse to honor warranty . I had a mini iPad screen replaced . First I got a message letting me know tablet was ready and shortly after he sent me another message saying to hold off because the center control button on the tablet was not working properly. He supposedly adjusted it . Picked up the tablet and paid $70 for the work . I contacted business after picking up my device because when the screen is off I could see fingerprints and smudges underneath the screen . I sent a messenger to Cesar and he tried to make me believe that when you replace a screen there's always small smudges or marks . Come on! I have had screens replaced on other tablets and never had this happen . To get out of fixing it he accused me of being rude and no longer wanted to have contact with me . I told him "I guess you get what you pay for " Is that being rude ? Two weeks later the tablet started going crazy every time I touched any part of the screen. Kept opening and closing pages and activating Siri . Also noticed that top corner of screen had popped up . The glue used did not work and the screen came loose . Now this I did not want to let slide so I went back to the house where repair was done and this person once again refused to fix my tablet or refund my money . His argument was that I had been rude the last time and did not want to do anything else for me . I wasn't rude I just wanted the work done properly, I paid money for this and I expect to get work done right . This is not a significant amount of money but i would hate for other customers to be ripped off as well . Maybe previous customers had been lucky that the job was done well . Apparently I wasn't and for sure next time I go and pay the extra few dollars at a real shop or Apple store and make sure it's done right or get it fixed if not satisfied . read more

Messaged Cesar on Thursday after my iPhone screen was shattered from a fall, thanks #otterbox! anyways I messaged him and a couple others on Facebook after searching the marketplace. Cesar was the first to respond and the cheapest of the 4 that I contacted. He was professional and very understanding. He explained everything to me in detail of what he would do to repair it. We had an appointment for 9am this morning, but with kids that didn't happen. So I contacted him and rescheduled for 1pm, he said that was fine. I was a little weirded out when I looked up the address, it's his home! But then I thought about it, that's why he can do it for a reasonable cost, no overhead. Worked for me. When I arrived, there was one gentleman leaving and another that showed up shortly after I did.
