    Crunchy Tuna Roll special

What a find!! While visiting a college nearby we happened upon a cool bookstore but we hear music playing so we follow it - we get inside and see this cool little sushi bar looking cafe. Holy surprise DELICIOUS food I wanted everything on the menu. The rolls were great the pork buns were soft and airy I had pork belly that was so tender I can not even tell you how good!! The girl that was working was adorable attentive professional and handling all the orders running the food and had a spirit that was great!! I can not wait to go Back!! Wait I almost forgot! There is also a brewery in there - I think they brew elsewhere but they were super nice. I am an IPA girl and I had a mango one it was delicious

I wish I had ordered something else. I wasn't very hungry having just eaten not too long before, but due to the State's COVID guidelines, we had to order food if we wanted to stay and have drinks at Lost Tavern. The staff was wonderful - very friendly. I asked to have the vegan bao buns in a to-go container so I could have them later. It could be due to the simple fact that I tried the buns a few hours later, in combination with the fact that they are vegan, but the buns didn't have the light, fluffy airy texture I'm used to. Some of the other dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good. If I'm ever back in town, I do plan on returning and giving it another shot.

Managed to make it when they were open and the food was excellent, and the staff was super friendly. It's kind of a weird setup because the table service is for The Lost Tavern only, so you order your food at the counter and pay, then you can order drinks from a server at your table. ::shrug:: But, the food was seriously very good and I'll definitely be back.

Grand opening tonight! The old location of Dave's Deli. Complete facelift. Cool space with an industrial look featuring lots of wood including a custom made Black Walnut seafood Bar. Same great food offered on the Randevoo food truck. Can never go wrong with anything made by Michelle. Currently taking Open Table reservations along with walk ins. Distance seating indoor and outdoors. Once seated you can head to the back and order food from Randevoo and then a server will swing by and take any beer orders for Lost Tavern. Can't go wrong with any of the seafood like ceviche and sushi. But they also have Korean wings and Carnitas pork bao buns. For the grand opening everything ran smoothly and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great food, need to try the carnitas! The restaurant has entertainment and an inside bar. The strawberry kiwi beer was fantastic if you like sweet/sour beer. There were no servers so you had to order at the front counter but the service and people were still great.

After enjoying the shops and sights in Bethlehem, we took a break from walking to grab a bite for lunch. We enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant. My husband ordered the Steamed Pork Dumplings. In addition to the stylish presentation of the dish, we loved the taste of the dumplings. The Thai vinaigrette dipping sauce was sweet with a slight kick, which was delightful. I got myself a California Roll, which was made with real (not imitation) crabmeat and flying fish eggs on the outside. It was served with a side of soy sauce, fresh ginger, and wasabi. The roll was stunning in both presentation and taste. The restrooms were very clean and had accommodations for men, women, and family. We were both pleased with the friendly staff, and delicious food. I'm ready to visit again.

Strolling Bethlehem making my way downtown walking fast, faces pass and I'm homebound. Low and behold we discovered fresh seafood and delightful staff, a must visit if you're in the area.

As someone who loves sushi this restaurant does not disappoint! The sushi is fresh, delicious, with a great presentation. Everything we ordered was great quality and tasted amazing! Even better, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

This spot was new to me and it was good! However $20 for a sushi roll that was okay wasn't the move for me. The food was very delicious but be aware of high prices. The setting/ environment was also very nice and beautiful!!

Simply amazing…read more.. While most people were indulging in Sunday brunch, my girlfriend wanted Chinese food. As we drove, she read the description for U & TEA and we knew we had to go. The place is clean with plenty of room and great lighting -- and the entire establishment is food focused. Our server helped with teas and plates and we placed our orders. My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken for her main meal. It was obvious the food was fresh and the dish had been cooked in fresh oil (and only for a short amount of time). The sauce was delicate and subtle, which allowed the flavor of the tender chicken to shine through. And what a plate! She ended up having leftovers for two days. Although I normally order seafood, I love duck and have it once or twice a year. From the menu, their duck dishes looked fantastic. Our server recommended the Peking Duck, which I had always wanted to try. That dish brought Alice Gatsch with it. She is kind and engaging and introduced how I should properly eat Peking Duck. She walked be through the steps of how to prepare the buns with scallion, cilantro, and sauce. I wish I could convey how tender the duck was and how crispy the skin had been. It was incredible and I somehow cleared my plate (and didn't eat for the rest of the day). We cannot wait to return. Alice said she'd be happy to walk me through ordering a truly traditional meal and I look forward to that experience. The staff and food are too fantastic to pass up. I highly recommend you make a visit of your own!

A simple dish but one I still greatly enjoy. Also, I'm seeing less places in MD offer this as an appetizer, so I appreciated that they still offered it. And it was good for what is simply tofu. Hot when it came out, crispy, and had good texture. For my entree, I had pad thai. I asked for medium spicy and this is where I was disappointed. Their medium tasted like mild to me. Next time, I'll have to ask them for maximum spicy level as medium gave me no heat at all. The pad thai was good overall, and was a big portion, but it tasted just good, and the heat would have added a little more to it. For dessert, I had mango with sticky rice. Good, no issues here. The inside has soft lighting and soft music so it definitely works as a place for a romantic dinner for two. Overall, it's a good local thai place here in the heart of Bethlehem PA.

Came here with my mom, as part of our tradition to check out restaurants she's not tried in Bethlehem (I grew up here, she still lives here and I am now in Philly). We each began with one of their Thai coconut soups: me, the 3 mushroom and her the chicken-coconut. This was so heavenly and light and scrumptious. The mushrooms were unusual and not typical of any I've tried. They had great texture and blended beautifully with the lemongrass and other traditional Thai aromatics. Mom got shrimp/crabmeat fried rice and absolutely loved it. I got the vegetarian Thai-Basil pad Thai and it was cooked to perfection! Lovely rice cellophane noodles, broccoli, sprouts, peppers and a phenomenal spicy basil infused sauce - not too heavy either. Service was warm and expedient. I would absolutely return !

Creamy lobster on top of nori inside of a light and fluffy bun. It was a fun twist on a classic bite. For the main I ordered the wagyu burger. I ordered it rare and it was not the right call. The burger was so thick that it didn't get a great sear on the outside and was falling apart. I did hear a waitress recommend medium well due to the size and I would definitely suggest that to anyone who tries it. It had a great flavor so I would still recommend you try it. I also ordered the notch fried rice bowl. Chinese sausage, pork belly, peas, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, broccoli, egg, bean sprouts, togarashi spice, and topped with a dippy egg. This dish was savory, Asian fusion cuisine mixed with something that felt like comfort food. If you go here, this is what I would recommend you try, but their whole menu looked incredible. This is a spot you need to add to your list of places to check out.
