My family and I just love this place. Been back so many times I've lost count. By far the best Sushi in the Valley. They also have great Asian soups. Pacific Fusion has a wide variety of Thai and Chinese cuisine as well but the Sushi is the best. The waitress and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Bring your favorite beverage, it's a BYOB. There are other fancier and more expensive restaurants to go for Sushi but for my money, this tops them all. We orders a kids meal and an appetizer, knowing that soup and salad would come. Then 2 sushi entrees and 2 extra sushi pieces. Soup and salad arrived in very short order, I barely was halfway down the soup when appetizer, 2 entrees and additional sushi arrived....we didn't have room on the table, but they happily placed food within reach of the baby....crazy. I stopped in here for lunch because I was in the area and most of the reviews I read were pretty good. I ordered the Thai Red Curry Shrimp Lunch Box. It came with pork dumplings, soup or salad, and a California roll. Everything was very average. They do offer sushi pieces for $1 and rolls for $3 on Mondays so if I'm in the area for some reason I would be willing to give it another try. read more

We eat here at least once a month, sometimes (including takeout) we get it weekly. Easily my daughter's favorite place to eat, and she always gets the same thing: Sushi & lo mein noodles. My wife and I have tried probably 1/3 of the menu and it's all great. Never had a bad dish ever from this place, and the owners & servers know us well. They've recommended different items, and those have always been awesome. The Singapore Mei Fun, Dan Dan Noodles, Lumpia, Negimaki, General Tso's Tofu (yes, tofu!) and the different curries and Pad Thai dishes are all winners. We love this place and will eat here as much as we do for as long as they're open. Cannot recommend highly enough! read more

I like this place. It's a nice change up from the "regular" Asian/Chinese in the area. I often get the shrimp tempura rolls and pork gyoza. The gyoza is fantastic. I like the rolls, but my only qualm is they are quite large and hard to dip in the soy or to take one bite of them. They kinda fall apart on you and you have to shove it all in. Tastes delicious though. The hibatchi is always delicious. A little on the expensive side but always a nice treat. Will continue to visit. read more

My husband and I are from NYC. We moved to Lower Nazareth a few years ago. We have finally found a Chinese restaurant with really great food. The fried rice is like the old style brown fried rice, not yellow like it has become over the years. The chicken , beef, steamed wontons were all delicious. Revised review: Decided to try again after of couple years. I'm glad I gave it another shot. The food has really improved. It is easily the best Asian in Nazareth. First off, I requested extra spicy on a few dishes, and they actually came extra spicy. Oftentimes, a restaurant will hold back on the heat level and then I'm disappointed. Tried several different curry dishes and was happy with all of them. Thai basil dish was also delicious. They stir fry their veggies a bit el dente but no biggie. Vietnamese pho was mild but not off the mark. Presentation is very nice. So happy to find good food so close to home. Decor and staff are unchanged. Sushi rolls lack depth of flavor. Same goes for their curry and basil dishes. Pad Thai is unlike any other pad Thai I've ever come across. Vietnamese soup is bland. Stir fry dishes feel like Asian-light or Almost-Asian. I'm not a purist, but the dishes are under-whelming. Good portions and fresh ingredients for the dishes. The coconut shrimp tastes out of this world! Very large shrimp in the most mouth watering coconut sauce I've ever tasted with coconut shavings sprinkled on top with brocoli mixed in. If you come here, this is an absolute must try! You will not be disappointed. The chicken and brocoli tasted good but nothing fancy or special. It was as good as chicken and brocoli could be, and that's all that matters. Chicken Padthai was very good. Tasted great and they made it spicy for me. That's another thing. They are very accommodating so don't hesitate to ask them to spice up a dish. The sushi was very good and very fresh as well. The rolls had fresh rice. You can tell it was not sitting around for a long time. Very large assortment of sushi. $1 sushi on Mondays but must dine in. Not sure what kind of sushi selection there is for the Monday special or how many pieces you get for $1. Ample parking spaces and decent amount of tables inside. There is also a sushi bar that you can sit at as well. The person that took my order the two times I was there was very polite and very nice. Good recommendations from her. I had ordered over $30 worth of food to go and she told me they had a coupon on their menu that they throw in with orders and that she would give it to me. She could have not said anything to me and I wouldn't have known, but instead, she did the right thing. The good business practice thing to do that drives customers back and a review like this. I went to Pacific Fusion for lunch twice in a long weekend visit to family. We went twice because I liked it so much. I was impressed with the variety of offerings, which include sushi, Thai, and Chinese. But I was thrilled to see pho on the menu, which they didn't call "pho" but something like beef soup with noodles. THe pho was very good, not the best I've every had, but definitely pho. The bean sprouts and basil accompaniments were fresh and clean. The noodles were the only issue i had. They were OK, but were flat (kind of like linguini) rather than the round I am used to. We also had spring rolls which were crisp and not greasy at all. The next time we went, I had wonton soup which was very good. We went for Thai this time and had basil chicken and a green curry. Both were very tasty and everything seemed fresh and very nicely done. One in our party wasn't well and just wanted "normal soup" and fruit. They made a special broth with noodles for her and an orange, for which they did not charge us. The owners are friendly and my family is on a first-name basis with them already. I wish I had a place like this nearby home. Very pleasant place. read more

Maybe stick with the chinese food. I got sushi for 2, the bumble bee roll and a yellow tail jalapeño roll. I must mention they forgot the California roll that was suppose to come with the sushi for 2. Yuckyy and bland with zero flair or creativity. Rice was mushy/mealy. Every time I visit Pacific Fusion I always leave beyond satisfied. The food is amazing and consistent, it's never a guessing game. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality of the food is excellent. The building itself is nice, everything is clean and the bathrooms are never dirty. The staff are very polite and attentive.
