It's located in Bethlehem in a small strip mall off of Linden St. This place got great reviews, but I wasn't impressed. The food is average, prices are expensive, and portions are small. The staff is friendly, but during peak hours service is slow. The one item I would order again would be the Mexican Roll. The restaurant was staffed with very friendly staff, the premises were clean, and the soups, salads, and main dishes were plentiful and delicious. The portions were so small, and there were only four dumplings for $11. The pad Thai was barely enough for one person let alone two. There was not much chicken either. I was excited to try this place out. I called and ordered for their curbside for lunch. I called 50 minutes prior to ask for a 12pm pickup. I arrived at 12pm and the order was not ready. Had to call multiple times to see if it was ready. After another 25 minutes I called to tell them to cancel and they said they would put it right out and they did after five more minutes. I ordered the bento box with chicken teriyaki, everything was ice cold. It came with a container of miso soup which was 1/3 full, salad same thing. The salad was really good, the soup tasted sour. The chicken teriakyi was good, despite being cold but there was not much of a portion. Lastly, I ordered the Boston roll- which was horrible. I just stick to Hana sushi, even though it is farther away from me. I would not recommend coming here. read more

This is my 1st time to Bethlehem, PA. My friend and I are driving around to find a good lunch spot for sushi. After stopping by two sushi restaurants that are not open, we are happy to find this one. I ordered: Appetizer: Garlic Broccoli-it's a healthy light dish. I asked for the sauce on the side. Garlic Teriyaki sauce is really good with steamed broccoli. 3 sushi rolls for $11.00: I got spicy tuna, eel avocado, and yellowtail scallion. Eel avocado is the best-smooth taste from avocado with slight sweet eel to balance out. Spicy tuna is above average. Nothing special about the yellowtail. We also ordered a Sashimi Bento box w/ a California roll. It has 4 kinds of sashimi: Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, and one white fish. -all very fresh. It also served with different sides-fried cheese wonton w/ Thai chili sauce, miso soup, house salad, California roll or sweet potato tempura, and jasmine rice. I'm surprise to find this good quality sushi/pan Asia restaurant in a small town. Overall lunch is a good deal here with only $8-9 for regular dish, $10-$13 for seafood & sushi/sashimi. I came here on a Saturday at noon with two friends and it was not crowded. For $8, I ordered the thai green curry chicken bento box. I thought that this was a great deal for the price because they serve you miso soup and salad along with the bento box (which already comes with jasmine rice, sushi, and crab ragoon). Needless to say, it all was very filling! To be honest, there was nothing special about the miso soup or salad. What I really loved was the green curry chicken and vegetables. It was very delicious and spicy! The white rice tasted fresh but the sushi and crab ragoon were bland, so I didn't care much for those items. I wouldn't say that my meal was spectacular because I've had better green curry, but it definitely was still delicious. I will most likely come back to try their other lunch options. As for the service, I thought the waitresses were really attentive. After taking our orders, they brought out the miso soup and salad very quickly. The wait for our bento boxes wasn't long either. I have been here a ton of times so I'm surprised I haven't written a review for it yet! I'm slacking. This is one of our go-to spots when we want hibachi or sushi. It's close by to the house and it's good food. We've ordered out and dined in. It is BYOB, yet we still somehow always forget to bring something to drink with us. So don't be those people and remember to bring your alcohol! You can sit at the sushi bar or at many of the tables they provide. I usually stick with the hibachi because it's so good. I've ordered the vegetarian and the shrimp and both are very delicious. You only get soup or salad so make sure you tell them which one you want. It's a ton of food and full of flavor so you don't be disappointed. My +1 orders the sushi, he usually orders a salmon avocado and will pick one special roll. Last time he got the Iron Man roll and it looked delicious. He also has had the Pad Thai and it was good. I highly recommend visiting this place. It's a nice atmosphere and good food. One Third was recommended to me by a casual friend who is also fond of Chinese/asian food. So I had the chance to try this restaurant in late July 23. The menu was not as expected (I should have checked it out the menu ahead of time). So instead of getting what I was hoping to get, I choose my standby, Sweet and Sour Chicken (if they can't make this dish we'll, then I can only expect that other dishes will be lacking). When the dish came out it was not sauced - the sauce was on the side - unusual but ok. There were plenty of golden breaded chicken pieces but no vegetables (carrots, onions, steamed broccoli, maybe pineapple , ...). I first tired the chicken without the sauce. Hot, juicy but the breading was very unremarkable. I then covered with the S&S sauce. The sauce too was unremarkable. Finally as I continued to eat the chicken I found chunks that weren't hot -?. So, I'll not return to One Third due to a very disappointing meal. read more

My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight. We've gone past this place several times before and thought it looked like a nice place to get a meal. We were unexpectedly disappointed by what we received. Placing the order and pickup went smoothly, the food was ready when I arrived. However when we unpacked the order, we found that my container of Red Thai shrimp curry hadn't been properly sealed and a large amount of sauce had leaked into the bag. The plastic bag saved my car seat from being ruined. My wife ordered Kung pao with fried noodles (which was an extra charge), however they packed fried rice. The Kung Pao had very little sauce and even less flavor. The curry would have had plenty of sauce had it not mostly leaked out. What was left was bland with only the slightest amount of spicy heat (even though I requested hot spice level). The only thing right with our food was that the veggies were very fresh. Overall we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience with One Third. For the price they are charging we expected much more in terms of food quality, quantity and service. Do better! I've gotten takeout from here on several occasions. I love their lunch bento box specials and have tried their Thai green and red curry, sesame chicken, salmon teriyaki, and mango shrimp. The only one I was disappointed in was the mango shrimp. I received only three pieces of shrimp and the sauce was more reminiscent of a sesame teriyaki sauce than a mango based sauce. Aside from that, I really enjoyed all the other components of the bento box as usual. Their salad dressing is delicious- nutty, sweet, and tangy. Very poor portion sizes. The Teriyaki Chicken and Hibachi Chicken were good but the portion size was 66% to 75% less than any other Asian Restaurant. Good dressing on a plain plate of lettuce. Very small plate. Side ordered Miso soup which was good but very small and usually included as part of the meal price. So from $16 it goes to $18 and you leave hungry. Go next door to the Turkish place for a great Middle Eastern Meal. One Third is not worth the money. We feel ripped off. $44 with tip and still hungry and and feeling like we've been had.
