Very racist establishment! Which is mind blowing considering the location of this place! Lady behind the glass refused to give me my change after paying with a 50 dollar bill! Instead she told me to dig the change out of my pocket! This is burritos is a much better establishment also in the same shopping center! They are very hospitable! The menu is magnificent! Loveeee this place is so good.. but it seems every time that one women that's almost always there, isn't there, something isn't done right. Guess it was a bad day, cus my card didn't work on their reader for some odd reason(probably just bc it wasn't working that day for my card type?) idk but I ordered chicken broccoli garlic sauce on the phone like I do almost every Monday and I guess there was a miscommunication bc they gave me shrimp. I had to look for the right amount of cash luckily I had enough, but I guess I was taking too long of 7 minutes to find the proper amount cus the lady working today that I've never seen before.. she told me to just stop and give her the money cus "its fine and thank you".. I was a couple cents short and I could've gotten the total but once again I guess I was taking too long. It's funny cus they weren't busy.. usually they have like multiple orders and bags for pick up (they don't do dine-in) but they didn't, we were the only ones to pick up besides this other lady who's food wasn't even ready. Just classic, wonderfully executed Chinese food. I love the different sizes as it allows us to try several things at each visit. Just had the Pork in Black Bean Sauce, Garlic Shrimp and Shrimp Lo Mein and egg drop soup. All were delicious and a great sampling for less than $30. I plan on going through the menu. My first time going here. Being Christmas Day & the only place around that's open, the place was packed with 3 people waiting ahead of me in line for a table. Not a very large dining area, but we were taking it to go, so no matter. I ordered ahead online for takeout. My Mom got the Sesame Chicken, my daughter got the Chicken Dumpling/noodle soup & I got the Chicken . Although I thought it was a little pricey at first, it was ready on time, hot & delicious. Since I am a big eater I was surprised that the portion I received was enough for 2 more servings (therefore making the price I paid a lot more reasonable). If you want Chinese food; low and behold this is the place to go... We ordered chicken with broccoli, General tsos chicken, orange chicken, and shrimp toast. The shrimp toast was so burnt and greasy that it wasn't edible, and all 3 of our dishes were disgusting. Horrible flavor, the "chicken" in the chicken with broccoli was questionable . For the first time ever I was totally disappointed in the quality of the food. Beef with snow peas was in broth rather than sauce (LOTS of broth and tough beef ), the wontons in the soup were doughy and had chunks of gristle, and the egg rolls were the skinniest I've ever seen. This is very decent Chinese-American food. It's a typical-looking take out joint, some tables for eating in. I've had the wonton soup. It had the usual thick-skinned wontons, but the filling was really tasty. The broth was good, no complaints. They have the good fried noodles, thō, not the lachoy-type, crappy ones. The shrimp toast was 4 big pieces, and it, too, was tasty. The pork egg foo young was delicious. Lots of pork, sprouts, and onions. No carrots, no peas, no veg-all. The gravy was the darker brown sort, but it tasted good. My mom had the shrimp with lobster sauce. She was extremely happy with the large, plentiful shrimp, so happy that she didn't mind all the peas. The folks who run the place are as nice as you are. They've never been rude to me, I've never seen them be rude to anyone. They've been nothing but nice, and seemingly appreciative of the business they get. read more

GROSS. The food is so disgusting that it cannot be overemphasized. Everything tasted stale as if it was old and quickly heated up via microwave. I called in my take out order of two combination platters. It was ready in 3 minutes. While happy with the speed, within my first bite, I regretted my order and immediately understand why they were so quick. The general tso chicken was semi crunchy and tasted as if it had been fried and refried several times over. The garlic sauce that came with the beef had the consistency of slime. The egg roll that came with the combo tasted well over a week old. I hope never to return here. read more

My wife stopped a last week and brought home house special mi fun. I t was really good. I stopped and got Seafood Chow Fun, and again enjoyed my meal. Wife had the Pu Pu Platter which was loaded with stuff! Usually go to China Star on Linden Street, but parking is always a problem. read more

The good reviews are accurate. Um always skeptical in trying new places, but this place is real. All I ordered was General Tso chicken, but it's some of the best I've had.and it was $6. I expected a dump based on reviews, but it's a Chinese kitchen not the Taj Mahal. It's not bad and who cares about their decor. The food rocks and that's what's important. Oh and it was stupid fast. I've been going here for over 10 years. It's consistently great everytime. I love the red barbecue pork and the fried rice. General Tso's chicken is beyond compare. I thought this place would be better since the reviews were good. Guy at the counter was beyond unfriendly made the experience uncomfortable. I ordered Won Ton soup which was delicious and a spicy chicken dish...chicken wasn't spicy at all it was sweet not good at all I barely ate it.
