Best Chinese in Lehigh Valley by a landslide. Starts off with great wide fried noodles and duck sauce. The steamed dumplings are superb. The star of the show is the roast pork fried rice which has plentiful pork in every bite and thankfully no carrots. Best of all, it's not yellow like every other trash Chinese place. You can get every entry as a combo with wanton soup (good but desperately needs shredded pork) and a great egg roll. All entrees were very good and portions are as they should be. read more

I keep seeing great reviews here for Imperial Gardens but their food has been barely descent at best.

This place never messes up my food. Closest authentic Asian takeout since New York. My Mama is Asian so when she visits, she always orders here. They are super friendly, they know when family is here and they make our orders fresh and hot all the time with a fast delivery. The best food goes to the best tippers!!! Remember that because trust and believe, they remember you. I always get extra stuff, favorite beverages and as I stated they know when my family is in town and enjoy laughable, fun conversations with the male driver (the husband). This was an automatic go-to for my family members. Recently, the serving size has been made much smaller. We order once a week, and from one week to the next, it was cut by a 1/3. Also, commenting from my experience, the vegetable fried rice has the usual variety of vegetables, except each vegetable has been cut into quarters. You have tiny pieces of the vegetables mixed in the rice. I searched for them only to find how little of the vegetables there were. This is so sad. read more

This is a VERY limited review as I only got egg rolls to go. My wife and I were passing through the area and we just wanted to get a few egg rolls. This place was the most viewed Chinese place on yelp in the town so we gave it a try. They said it would be ready in 10 min and it was ready when we got there. The egg rolls were hot and very good. Be sure to ask for duck sauce if you want it. They didn't automatically put it in the bag. read more

We were driving by the area and was craving for Chinese food. Found this place on Yelp, and glad we did! We ordered the general tso chicken, shrimp with broccoli, & crab rangoon - portions were extremely generous! You definitely get more than what you pay for. The food has went downhill. I will never be back! How can you mess up fried rice or shrimp fried rice? Then the egg food young was burnt and the gravy will this was not grave it was soy sauce with grease and onions! Disgusting!! Then the rice had eggs shells and oily mess!! Never again!! well I was yelled at by the owner bcuz I parked right in front of the restaurant. and there are no signs or anything saying I can't park there. instead of walking over calmly and asking me politely if I would plz move so that his employee could park there. instead he walks out very aggressively! and starts yell at me in his own language, I couldn't even understand why he was upset. bcuz like I said there ate no signs that the space is reserved to him and his employees. I would have gladly moved. the experience I had without even walking in was embarrassing and was so avoidable. rude workers and worse owners! nit to mention the back where they prepar the food isn't the cleanest. The food quality has gone downhill at Imperial Garden. Everything is so salty as they use canned or bottled sauces, and they are using poor quality ingredients. Their kitchen and bathroom are so filthy you know you can get sick as people preparing your food are not washing their hands and the woman at the front register the order taker is so lazy she doesn't clean down anything. The entire restaurant and tables are so dirty, the bathroom has molds all around and it stinks super bad! Their food was stale and there was hair in the food. It seems as though the entire restaurant is a hotbed of bacteria. read more

This was my first time coming to this restaurant I looked at the reviews online and said OK but sometimes reviews are not real and I like to put up real reviews. As I walked into this restaurant it's been around for a few years already and yet they still don't have pictures of the dishes they make up in the light boxes above the counter. I ordered a simple dish of chicken and broccoli and I have to say there was no taste to it which is weird. I love Chinese food I've had it in New York I've had it in many states and was surprised to eat this dish and really taste nothing.
