Understanding people have different experiences but John S clearly wrote a hit piece. It IS LEGAL to add a credit card surcharge in PA. (John S. Google *is* your friend, use it). I've had Chinese food in NYC, Philly, San Fran and at a the Chinese Consulate (Olympics Related Event.) I find this food excellent, and frankly amazing for a strip mall shop. The place is clean, the kitchen is FULLY OPEN TO VIEW!!! The Owners are lovely, friendly and kind people! Now onto the food! I find their hot and sour soup excellent, as are their spare ribs (on the bone), Garlic Shrimp and Pork Fried Rice. Some of the largest shrimp I have ever had in a wok prepared meal! I had one take out order messed up out of more than 100 visits in the last three years, and the wrong item was also amazing and now one of my favorites. While its 10 minutes from my work place, it is 40 minutes from home, and I have brought my wife who also finds Wok n Roll's food to be outstanding. They gladly customize meals and spice level. Look at other review sites.. the vast majority are 4 and 5 stars. These 1 and 2 star reviews are outliers, and I question their accuracy, compared to my family's many experiences. read more

It's not often that I get takeout and throw it right in the garbage. The Singapore Noodles from here were the absolute worst Singapore Noodles I ever had. Incredibly average food served fast. Staff is completely indifferent, which is normal for a takeout place. You are certainly not coming for the ambiance, but I didn't see vermin and it seemed clean enough to take a chance. They forgot my eggroll, so gonna have to dock them a point for that. Growing up in New York, makes it very hard to find a Chinese restaurant that can barely come close to how good the food is....until I came here....I've been living in Easton for 2 and half years and have finally found the Chinese restaurant that reminds me of that sweet taste of New York. The first time I had it, I thought it was a hoax, I said hey Ashton Kutcher you can come out now,,,(he never came out). I even came back the following day. Same result,,,it was THAT good. In the last 4 weeks, I've been there 6 times. Even ordered it for lunch at work. C12 and C13 are my go to on the menu. Really deserves 3.5 stars. This is our go-to takeout Chinese in the area for a few reasons: 1. Food is usually pretty good, and never bad. 2. Fast. 3. Inexpensive. 4. Clean. 5. Fresh. So why only three stars? Because these things are (or at least should be) table stakes for any Chinese take-out. And I have had more delicious, flavorful Chinese takeout - but none of those were in Easton. We ordered dumplings here for a while and have given them multiple times to redeem themselves. EVERYTIME we have them delivered they throw the dipping sauce in the bag upside down and by the time we get it, there's hard any sauce left and all over the inside of the bag and our food. Thai time we called and asked for our money back. THEY SAID WE HAD TO RETURN THE FOOD TO THEM TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. How sanitary. We had it delivered for convenience, what if we had no way of transportation? We asked if the driver could turn around and pick it up and they refused and insisted we had to bring it back ourselves. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR MISTAKE, YOU FIX IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. and really starting to question there sanitary guidelines. Not only is the food very good, the kitchen is visible and very clean. I am a stickler on cleanliness and food prep.. My son and daughter always order "chicken and broccoli, no carrots"... when they walk into the restaurant, they know them by their order. lol. That's customer service. I used to enjoy the food here, but it's gone downhill in the last year. The General Tao's Chicken used to be crispy and have lots of extra sauce on it. Now it's just got a small coating of the sauce on the undercooked deep-fried chicken. Tonite I got something called Double Delight, it was supposed to be "Spicy stir fried jumbo shrimp & general tao's chicken". The General Tao's side was the usual, disappointing mushy deep fried chicken with no discernable sauce on it. The other side (stir-fried jumbo shrimp) were actually deep friend w bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and snow peas, drowning in a hot sauce that belongs on chicken wings, you know, the orange wing sauce. It was gross. I am totally done with this place! I have not enjoyed anything from there (except the crab rangoon) for over 2 years.....Save your money. read more
