One Third is an Asian restaurant that specializes in Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. It's located in Bethlehem in a small strip mall off of Linden St. This place got great reviews, but I wasn't impressed. The food is average, prices are expensive, and portions are small. The staff is friendly, but during peak hours service is slow. The one item I would order again would be the Mexican Roll. It's made with shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber topped with avocado, spicy mayo, hot chili, and eel sauce. Delicious! Curbside pickup and delivery are both available. BYOB! Excellent very fresh fish nice size servings, friendly, and efficient stuff. Clean and bright, fast service. Good value.

All the sushi in the world. Enough for 5 humans.

The other 2/3's of this joint ain't half bad either. This small sushi restaurant is tucked into tight shopping center, but it packs a punch. Start to finish, this place knows how to crush the sushi game. We came for NYE dinner and it was PACKED, but we made a reservation for 5. What we got to start: -Clear soup, me-so soup, and seaweed salad. All very good. Very tasty and started the meal right. Sushi: -All of it. It was very good and each roll was super tasty. Would recommend any roll from the menu.

Way too over priced for the amount of food you get. Gyoza was some of the best I've had. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but quality of food was poor. Won't be back.

The sashimi and sushi combo. Yummm!

Tiny place, friendly service, and delicious sushi. I actually really, really like this place, and my friend always insists on coming here. I can't say too much, since I've only ever dined here once, but the experience was pleasant enough for me.

Food was good. A bit pricey. The waitress had absolutely no personality. Probably won't return.

Simply the best sushi around. Their specialty rolls are awesome!!! We like sitting at the sushi bar to watch the masters work their magic.

Mediocre. Food is seasoned very generically with no flare or originality. Service is fair. Not impressed.

Simply amazing…read more.. While most people were indulging in Sunday brunch, my girlfriend wanted Chinese food. As we drove, she read the description for U & TEA and we knew we had to go. The place is clean with plenty of room and great lighting -- and the entire establishment is food focused. Our server helped with teas and plates and we placed our orders. My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken for her main meal. It was obvious the food was fresh and the dish had been cooked in fresh oil (and only for a short amount of time). The sauce was delicate and subtle, which allowed the flavor of the tender chicken to shine through. And what a plate! She ended up having leftovers for two days. Although I normally order seafood, I love duck and have it once or twice a year. From the menu, their duck dishes looked fantastic. Our server recommended the Peking Duck, which I had always wanted to try. That dish brought Alice Gatsch with it. She is kind and engaging and introduced how I should properly eat Peking Duck. She walked be through the steps of how to prepare the buns with scallion, cilantro, and sauce. I wish I could convey how tender the duck was and how crispy the skin had been. It was incredible and I somehow cleared my plate (and didn't eat for the rest of the day). We cannot wait to return. Alice said she'd be happy to walk me through ordering a truly traditional meal and I look forward to that experience. The staff and food are too fantastic to pass up. I highly recommend you make a visit of your own!

I found the food at New China to be mediocre to poor. When I brought my take-out food home I found that the Chow Mein had no noodles. It just had lots of sprouts and other veggies. The veggies were okay, but I ordered a noodle dish and it came with no noodles. Yikes! My son ordered Orange Chicken and it was a bit mushy and the taste was unremarkable. There was "no crunch and no tang", my son said. The only redeeming thing I found it that the food is cooked to order and is ready in 5-10 minutes while you wait. However, there is no place to sit down so you have to take the food home or to your office to eat it. But then it gets cold by then which makes the flavor even more mediocre. Only go here if you are in a rush and don't have expectations in regards to taste.
