Well... Where do I start? I think that if I am to give a place 5 stars, then it better blow me away... Well, One Third, you guys blew me away!! I had your shrimp dumplings, which were sooo fresh and tasty!! My son has the General Tso's chicken, which were perfectly spiced!! My daughter had the spicy tuna rolls, also tasted fresh and perfectly constructed. My entree was the TO combo teriyaki... Now let's get into this. The sauce was exactly what I expected from a sweet/spicy sauce like teriyaki... The meats, chicken and steak, were cooked to perfection, with peppers and onions!! Everything was so well done, including the service, that I did not mind it being a little pricy!! You get what you pay for, so if you wanna pay an extra few bucks, then you deserve the the extra great cook and taste!! I couldn't compliment the chef enough!! Please support your local restaurants, especially this local gem. Btw, I didn't even mention the fried rice that accompanied the entrees we got. It was that good to mention... Trust me!! It's sad that this once great place has lost a step, not because of the food but the service does not know how to do properly bring out the food. This is THE place to go if you are a Tom Yum soup fanatic. It is served VERY spicy, and it sets your taste buds humming! That Tom Yum soup rivals to what I make myself, A+++. Always leave hungry after spending more than I should for such a small amount of food. If they make the portions bigger I would eat here 5-6 times a month. This is my favorite place in the lehigh valley. The food is always delicious, the staff is always friendly, and everything is very clean. This is my first review ever. My girlfriend and I rely on reviews to figure out what to eat when we do go out, which is rare due to the fact that we kike to cook. We oredered 2 entrees and 3 apps. Ordered food to go. I was told 20 to 25 mins. Got there about 30 mins. Food was still not ready. People were very nice. Food came out. Drove home. Approx 5 mins. Food was ice cold. No flavor. Apparently this place use to be good, now it's the definition of mediocrity. I've literally never seen a place skimp on sushi rice to the point they do (like how little was on the roll was almost impressive if it didn't make it worse) and the spicy tuna roll, which was lacking in any spice, was cut half with crunch that I didn't want, it was a flavorless mush of crunch, very little tuna, and no flavor. i've been here twice- once a few months ago and again tonight. i will never go again. the taste in my mouth from whatever they call 'pad thai' makes me gag. who puts red peppers and cilantro in pad thai? the gaint chicken chunks were just too pale and slimmy to even consider eating. very disappointed and still very hungry. my only other experience was much better with the spicy tuna roll BUT while dining at the sushi bar i watched them defrost octopus in the microwave. yuckk read more

We were very impressed with this place. Started with the crispy calamari which was DELICIOUS! I ordered the hibachi chicken which was good. The chicken was a tad bit dry but still good. The entire cane with a salad with ginger dressing. The dressing was SO YUMMY! I just about kicked my plate clean! Daughter had teriyaki chicken with fried noodles . She ate the entire thing! I'll give this cute little place 4 stars. The atmosphere is pleasant, service is accomodating, and the food is good and generally fairly priced. I've had a few dishes here and really liked everything except their chicken dishes. They tend to cut chicken breast into small cubes, and then overcook them. They are kind of dry. The filet mignon hibachi with veggies and fried rice is my favorite and is delicious, but probably the most expensive dish on the menu...its about $21. Their salad dressing is home made and tasty. OMGG!! My wife's daughter told her about 1/3rd. We had a rainy wednesday off and Janet wanted to eat lunch out. She wasn't sure exactly where it was but knew it was just up from Elias' Market on Linden St. We passed the place 3 times before we finally saw the sign!! We got there at like 2:45pm and the sign on the door indicated the lunch menu stopped at 3:30pm. The interior is just so nice and simply done in warm orange+yellow tones w a flat black ceiling. Overall a nice feeling. It's small place and only 2 other tables were occupied. You can sit at the sushi bar (no regular bar which is just fine by me). Janet and I sat next to the very large glass wall (unfortunately due to the location not much to gaze at but we didn't come for the view). Our waitress was a young Chinese whose English was limited. Janet ordered a 3 roll sushi plate of sweet potato/tuna/salmon skin that comes w miso soup. I had the caterpillar roll (not on the menu but a neat sign on the wall w a description) which was the most expensive at 15 bucks. We both had the bancha twig tea (very good). Our food came out in about 5 minutes again as it wasn't busy and is made to order (our go to place for sushi is wegmans good but not made to order). When I caught sight of my caterpillar roll I literally was agog!! It was a masterpiece of food art!! The color and composition looks just like an extraordinary exotic caterpillar!! The pix Janet posted doesn't even come close to how beautiful a presentation this tempura shrimp roll is!! I could go on about the colors and layering but I was here to eat it not just admire it. Janet wanted to use the chopsticks which I had years of experience with. I seperated the 1st two pieces (8 total) and popped one in my mouth. OMGG!!! WTF!!! I was just not anywhere ready for the gastronomic explosion!! It wasn't a riot of flavors bursting but just the opposite. All the subtle flavors of the roll just softly oh so smoothly spread around my palate in a slightly creamy fashion. Soooo luxurious!! I was totally flabbergasted!! It was amazin'!! So much so I had to giggle as I'd not ever put something like this in my mouth before!! I felt almost childish at the sense of delight!! Of course I insisted Janet have a section (just one as I wasn't ready to give up more)!! Her reaction was "OHHhhh myyyy that's goooood!!" After I finished the remainin' 6 pieces I knew I wasn't full and briefly considered another item but decided not to and we had desert instead. Janet had fried tempura vanilla ice cream+I had banana tempura w vanilla ice cream. Both were good (the ice cream imo was excellent; wonder what brand they used). Our total bill w tax+tip came to 50 buckz. Pricey no doubt for most people but well worth the experience to say the very least. Surprisingly not a bad place. The joint looks clean. Almost too clean. The interior design is also very modern and fashionable. Almost too so. My "food for white people" alarm began sounding and I debated setting a course for the nearest starbase at warp factor 7. The sushi was made well. There was a proper fish to rice ratio and the fish quality was on par with any other place in the area. Did you know that the Moonies own True World Group, which control the great majority of sushi fish distribution in the United States? I guess what I'm trying to say was that the fish was standard but really when it comes to sushi quality it's all going to be in the prep and it was just fine here. We also tried their Thai curry. The food was truly lovely! The staff were so polite and everyone greeted us as we walked in the door, even the sushi chef. The interior was fresh, modern, with a twist of Asia. It felt so homey. We stopped by for lunch. We started out with fried calamari and ordered Thai iced tea. The calamari was so fresh and the crisp on the outside was perfect. My husband ordered the Hibachi Chicken. His only complaint was he wish there was more because it was really yummy. I ordered the Pad Thai lunch box. I had a choice between raw sushi or sweet potato sushi. I opted for the veggie one since I'm pregnant and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I never would have imagined using sweet potato in sushi, but it had the perfect flavor and matched so well. The Pad Thai was so yummy. I lived and worked in Thailand for 3 month and it was almost spot on in taste from what I remember. It also came with rice and two crab ragoons which were cooked to perfection. Both my husband and my meal came with salads and and miso soup. There were two different dressings I didn't recognize, but they were so yummy! Our daughter loves miso soup and rice and she ate to her joys content. This restaurant is very clean and professional.
