Really like the Chinese food here. Hot and Sour Soup is good, leaning slightly on its spicy side. The Seafood with Pan Fried Noodles is very good. Service is attentive at first and then drops off. Once you are served your meal make sure you have the hot sauce drink refills and soy sauce because you won't see your waiter again until it's time for the bill. Actually one of the best Chinese food I've had in a while. And yes I love eating Asian food, live in the suburbs outside of NYC, where there are many great options. Maybe winning a little at the casino made it taste better, but my friends and I were impressed with all of the dishes we ordered. We ordered the shrimp and pork dumpling noodle soup with egg noodles, the sea bass, general Tso's, and lamb chops. The dumplings in the soup were delicious and the broth was very clean, although you should definitely add in some chili sauce to it. Sea bass had a nice crisp and good sauce which you could go to town on by throwing that sauce over some white rice. The other dishes were good as well! Lamb chops were much better than the lamb we had at the chop house the night before. Recommend highly when you're at the casino but also if you're just in the area as well. Waited for over a half hour to be seated, as for some reason we were not seated until a customer finished, even though there were unoccupied tables clearly visible. We were finally seated, and unfortunately the food was not worth the wait. The chicken and broccoli that I had was pretty much inedible, and my friends' chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken were also quite bad. I was extremely wary about eating at Chopstick; a Chinese restaurant in the middle of a casino in the middle of Pennsylvania doesn't quite strike me as a destination location. However, on the recommendation of a close family member, I ended up here after some binge shopping at the Outlets right next door. Upon entering, there was nothing particularly impressive. The place was clean and fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress, while her English wasn't flawless, had no issue communicating with us. We ordered the beef chow fun, fried tofu with mushrooms and peas, and crispy chicken with garlic sauce. The food was extremely well-cooked! Great flavor, moist meat, and large portions. The three dishes were definitely overkill for two people; I'd stick to just one dish per person. My only complaint would be that the dishes all arrived at different intervals. By the time we had finished a third of the chow fun, the fried tofu arrived. By the time we were almost full, the crispy chicken arrived, which was such a shame since it really was delicious. Service wasn't too bad. There were periods of time when I had to seek out my waitress, but the other waiters were pretty good about checking in on us as well. I don't quite undetstand how people are having difficulty with language here. We were seated in an area that accommodated my scooter and immediately given hot tea. Service was pleasant and fast. We ordered wonton noodle soup, Singapore mei fun, and ribs. Soup could have been warmer, but was otherwise done well. I asked for a ladle and our waiter did not undetstand. When I said big spoon, he nodded and smiled, then brought a ladle for our soup. They use a shumei style wonton and you can choose the noodles. Ribs were ok. Mei fun took the prize, nice curry flavor and good chew to the noodles. They cater to the Chinese clientele, so there may be cultural nuances. They are a little pricey, however, this is a casino.
