I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.

Best decision ever to hire Clay and Trimworks!…read more We hired Clay to do our baseboards and we could not be happier about it. He came out with samples and measured everything. Clay listened to us about the look we were going for and gave helpful suggestions. We found a style we liked, and from there we received a quote for the price which was extremely fair. Clay let us know the day before coming what time he would be here and he was on time. We've dealt with all kinds of construction jobs/home renovation jobs in the past 20+ years, and one thing that's been a consistent problem is timeliness. I work from home, so knowing exactly when someone will be here is important to me. Clay worked the entire day here. Each time we checked in with him, he was working hard and getting every section perfect. He also keeps the areas he's working on neat. He finished on time, and he did beautiful work. His seams are perfect, and he's meticulous about getting things right. We're completely satisfied and highly recommend him. We still have to do our baseboards upstairs once we replace the flooring and we will not hesitate to hire Clay again.

It took us a few months to realize that the high quality, beautifully installed granite counters throughout the kitchen were such a terrible color...we escalated counter tops to a "must do." We put a ton of weight in consumer reviews (genuine ones) and take the time to vet service providers/sources before handing over our money - especially when it's a larger purchase. Cutting to the chase...I am so thrilled that we found Coast 2 Coast. They were extremely responsive, prompt in scheduling, very professional and friendly, and they did an amazing job on our new Silestone counter tops. The quality of the counters matched the quality of the install - both excellent. Pricing was very reasonable, especially given the outcome. I would highly recommend these fine folks. You will not regret it.

We could not have been more pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of Mike and his crew. Recently, we were in a position to complete the remaining window projects for our home. We again chose ML Larson to perform our installation. Mike came out to our home, met with me, performed his measurements and I explained to him how we wanted our window installation to look. We have an older home, built in the latter part of the 50's. We wanted to maintain a classic look, while updating our windows to a more energy efficient window. Mike listened to our concerns, explained how his crew would install the windows, and answered all of our questions. Mike kept in touch with us throughout the process and contacted us to schedule an installation date when the windows were available. His crew came to our home, on time and promptly started working. They kept a very clean work area, masked off interior portions of our home to minimize dust and debris, and left our home clean and tidy. I immediately got nervous when the first day they showed up they were taking measurements on scrap paper and started saying it would be more money for plywood and backer board and it has to have a seam and the job will take 3 weeks longer than originally promised. Their thoroughness so impressed my general contractor, he told me he wished they worked for HIM! For some recent home repairs, painters had used blue 3M masking tape to tape Ram Board down throughout, to protect the wood floor. Weeks later, when the Ram Board was finally removed, I could see stripes of of sticky tape residue on my lovely wood floor. Aargh!! I tried several home methods, but it just would not come off. I didn't want to risk damaging the floor with steel wool. So I called Solana Flooring. The owner, Mik, came over that very day to take a look.
