This wasn't just a rushed fix-it job, they really made it beautiful! They left the place spotless and ready to rent. I inquired about replacing an existing weathered deck that I felt wasn't worth saving. Many layers of paint that were chipping off, some scruffy looking boards, it looked hopeless. Trace looked at it and told me the wood was in good shape and recommended having it sanded down and a sealer/stain applied. I was blown away! It looked brand new! He saved me thousands of dollars.
