We started with the cucumber and tomato salad and we were truly blown away. It was a flavor explosion in the best way possible. The Asian twist on the salad was perfect and left us wanting more. For dinner, we ordered the roasted chicken and the pork chop. The roasted chicken was flavorful but the breast was a littttle dry. The sauce helped make up for it. The roasted potatoes and carrots were plentiful and also very tasty. The pork chop was also slightly on the dry side but that didn't ruin the dish. The cabbage was amazing and I couldn't stop eating. We ended with a flourless hocilate cake that was too dense for my liking but my husband . Overall, we had a lovely meal at Dandelion and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Definitely a must visit if in the area!

We stayed the weekend at Eastwind Oliverea Valley and decided to stay onsite for dinner one night of our stay. For appetizers we ordered the charred sourdough, trout dip and Caesar wedge. We found the trout dip to be our favorite of the bunch. We split the dry aged double pork chops with apple chutney, parsnip pureé and squash for our entree which was nicely seared. We lingered after our meal to roast some marshmallows for s'mores in their fireplace. We loved Dandelion's cozy atmosphere and hearty fare. It's a perfect spot for dinner on a cold winter day
