I usually don't white wine outside of summer, but I ended up getting two glasses of a fruity floral one. I was torn between the sparkling pink or the sparkling white, and I usually go for the pink. But they highly recommended the white, and it was *incredible*. A french sparkling white but not champagne, it was the Domaine de Facteur 'La Bulle de Facteur' 2023, the notes said "green apple, florals and honey, a hint of lychee, and plenty of minerality". My mouth waters just thinking of it. We also tried a little charcuterie meat and cheese board of sorts, but honestly, they weren't amazing. Pricey for what you get and nothing really notable. I feel like this spot is better pre or post meal. Drinks and vibe were 100, so I'll be back later for that wine.

The only miss for me were the desserts -- the flavor of the lemon tart was excellent but there was a jello-like encasing that seemed out of place and unnecessary. Lenox has some really cool spots and Ombra is one of them. Recommended by a local, we stopped here on Valentine's Day after our dinner for a nice glass of wine. The place was crowded but luckily a few people were leaving so we scored some seats at the bar. I ordered a glass of Nebbiolo from Italy which was good. My husband had a beer. The place is so cute and very romantic with dim lights, a great wine selection and their food looked so good. Unfortunately, we were so full that we did not end up ordering anything. Although, the french fries were calling my name. Ombra is a place that I could see us coming to almost every week and not getting tired of it. We met a local who is very nice and told us how Ombra is very popular. I think we will have to come back in the spring/summer to get those french fries :) If you are ever in Lenox definitely make your way to Ombra for a nice glass of wine or try a cocktail. The outside seating area was comfortable and well spaced, and inside the bar area is very cute and cozy. The bar tender was friendly and made sure to check on us outside.
