Awful as usual. I tried to go back because I really love the fries. Order Chicken and they gave me beef. Really. The manager doesn't apologize and speaks to her cashier in Spanish. What a disappointment to receive such food. This is the second time in a row this happens to me. My chicken deluxe was a joke. My chicken was stale, hard and smelt terrible as if it were sitting there for 3 hours. I work in customer service and I would never serve such a disgrace. I'm almost positive that there is a certain amount of time that you could keep that chicken sitting there. Haven't been to rally's in forever, but wanted to share the Chili Cheese Fries experience with my friend. We ordered through the drive through and got 2 orders of fries as well as the apple pies. The APPLE pies were delicious, and would definitely order again for just a 1$! The chili cheese fries were great as well, and tasted just as good as I remember years ago. So I went to Rally's through the drive thru and I had a coupon for a $3.99 Big Buford small combo. I told her I had a coupon on the speaker I pull up and she tells me it's $9.00 dollars, I'm thinking that's not right, she asks if I had a big buford combo I say yeah, so I said I have a coupon and she lowers it to $5.95. Noway was that right either it should of noway be over 6 bucks for that, the tax is not no $1.30 and the incompetent mexican ripped me off. Typical double drive thru Rally's. The food is good and the employees are just ok. Ever since I can remember the condiments on my burgers always made the party cold? That's at any Rallys not just this one. I remember eating the Big Buford way back when I didn't care about clogging my arteries, now I'm moved down to the normal rally burger. Talk about horrible service. First time here. The staff are nice but don't have an idea of what they are doing. I decided to park my car and order at the window, I saw 2 other cars parked with their lights on which were waiting for their order. One guy gets out of his car, goes and opens the window and starts yelling at the cashier about his order, they tell him is coming out. He goes back to his car, a girl comes out with his bags and drops them before reaching the car and she laughs about it. Minutes pass by and they bring their food out. Another guy from another car steps out and comes ask for his order and they offer him a free drink. They start calling orders for the people that were waiting at the window and another guy grabs my order, goes through it and puts it back at the window. eww. I got my order, I ate in my car and the other guy's order never came out and the guy was just sitting there in his car waiting. Food is typical Checkers/Rally's fare, nothing major to report on. The service, on the other hand, is so mind-numbingly slow, it's nauseating. There always seems to be employees being trained, but all the employees seem under-trained. If there's ever more than 2 cars in the drive-thrus, expect, at LEAST, a ten-minute wait. Errors in your order are almost a given. Expect to pull back in to walk up to the window and correct their mistakes. Homeless people use the outside seating area as a hangout spot at all hours. So we used to go here fairly frequently, mostly when we got the circular and coupons and thought why not get a good deal feed the family sit outside. Well first there are always broken down cars or motor homes/vans camped out in the parking lot there is always an abundance of trash on the ground and overflowing from their 2 trashcans. Next thing is their customer service skills that are non-existent they do not know how to greet a customer, they do not treat customers with a whole lot of respect. When you go there to pay them money for food you seem to cause them an inconvenience and they let you know it. They do not know how to verify an order or read it back for accuracy. After at least 10 different times several years ago going and every time we went had our orders get messed up either missed something or got the wrong item or so on. We tried again today after about 2 years of not going hoping maybe things had changed giving full benefit of the doubt we ordered 4 regular meals no extras no changes other than 2 upsizes and 1 kids meal. When we heard our total at the speaker we knew something was wrong because it was way too low. We got to the window she told us the total we asked if she got all the meals went back over all the meals we asked for she said yes I have them. We gave them our card she gave us our receipt and handed us 3 drinks and 2 bags with 3 burgers and 2 fries. On the receipt it showed only 2 meals a burger and a drink no kids meal and missing the 2 meals we had asked about we then brought it up to them they rang us up for the two missing meals handed us a receipt and asked us to pull around and they would bring it out. We pulled around a lady walked out handed us a bag with 2 burgers 1 fry no drinks we then asked about the missing drinks and fry she said we already got them we said no we bought 2 more meals the manager came out and argued with us and told us we got all of our food and that they were not going to be scammed. I then held up all the drinks in the car and asked the girl to count them she said how do I know you did not drink them and throw them away? We just left and will never be going back to this location. read more

There usually is at least one incompetent employee but I'm okay with that however today when I brought some of my friends over it to join the employees were very aggressive in making us order which eventually made us go somewhere else because of how agressive and unprofessional the staff members were. I came here with my friend after the gym one night around 11 pm. I was hungry that day so we got 2 chicken sandwiches. It tasted alright and the price was alright also. It was at a convenient location and it has a drive thru. If you don't want to go through the drive thru you have to walk up to the window and order from there and sit at one of the outdoor benches. I've been to Rally's quite a few times now, but today I had a bad experience. I had work at 12, so I figured I'd go through the drive thru and grab something to eat beforehand at 11:20 ish. I was the only car at the drive-thru when I got there, and I had to wait to order for 10 minutes after the person working inside told me it would just be a few minutes. After I was there for about 5 minutes a different car went up to the other ordering drive thru and immediately ordered and drove ahead. It took about 5 more minutes to finally get my order in and when I drove up to the window, I saw they were extremely understaffed. By no means is it the employees' faults, but why would you only have two people there when lunch is about to start? Doesn't make sense. When I finally got my food I saw my burger was thrown together and the patty was noticeably smaller than everything else in the burger. The guy working there was nice enough to upsize my drink and fries, but what I wanted was to get out of there! Took me a total of 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru, with two people going ahead of me both of which arrived after I had. Pretty disappointing, but I'll be back to give it another try. read more

After having a bad experience with the yogurt mill and their very bad customer service we went to Rally's to get a shake and were told the ice cream machine was "down". However she did recommend we visit sonic for half price shakes after 8pm to which I laughed and responded that I preferred a rally's shake which is why I came there. Clearly they had cleaned the machine and did not want to dirty it again so they called it "down" which I'm told by other customers is typical for this business. Worst rallys ever. I used to come here all the time when there was an employee named sebastian working here and the food and service was excellent. Since that employee has left I've had nothing but bad experiences. I asked if they still had the buffalo chicken sandwich which they answered yes so I ordered it. I got home and found out I got a spicy chicken sandwich and a really burger with a bun as hard as stone. I gave them 2 more chances shortly after that visit and with both chances I got old stale buns on my burger. That was about 2-3 years ago. Today I decided to see if they've got their act together. My one star rating will tell you "no they haven't". I decided to not use drive thru and go to the walk up window. The window was shut so I waited for about 5 minutes. Nobody offered any service to me. After waiting I decided to leave. It's so disappointing because rallys makes excellent food at other locations. This one needs to replace ALL their employees and management or shut down. They're that bad. read more
