The good news is that unlike the Chula Vista location this one had the mushroom Swiss burger. My best friend and I went here after I placed a mobile order for pick up. We were in a rush because she had to get to work in Serra Mesa and it was a 15 min drive. A cashier comes up to me and asks for my pick up information. I tell them and she literally abandons me for 10 mins. and never came back. I go back to the car as it was below 60° that night and I was freezing without a jacket. My friend drives to the drive thru. Ofc there's a massive line and it takes 20 mins. just to get to the front of the window! My food was suppose to be ready in 5 mins. We had already been there for close to an hour. We get to the window and once again, I give them my pick up details. The same cashier comes back and tells me with an attitude that they don't have any mobile pick up orders. My friend said that that's impossible because I have a confirmation number along with the correct address of the restaurant and the total receipt which I had no problems providing. She leaves and then comes back and asks for my confirmation number. She checks it then comes back again with an attitude and says, ok, I'm sorry but we still don't have a pick up order with that confirmation number. My friend says, were not lying to you. We have the confirmation number and all information pertaining to this order. She's always ordered from here without an issue. We shouldn't have to pay for food and not get it just because you guys old systems receive orders incorrectly. Upgrade your systems. She leaves and comes back and says, ok so your order was fries. I said yes. She comes back and gives us fries. We drive off. The fries weren't even the correct size. It was the smallest size avail, when I ordered the largest size there. No, I didn't get a refund. I left a unsatisfactory note to the Rally's website and they said they'd get back to me and never did but still have the nerve to send me coupons for their nasty ass food. Don't go here. Rally's is bomb! Ultimately I go here for the french fries. The fries are the best and are always seasoned well!! When I got my food my fries were hot and not to salty. I love their signature ranch it's so good with the fries. So I ordered a Buford combo and my friend ordered the chicken bites basket combo. The burger was flavorful however the only suggestion I would give Rally's is to double stack the veggies if you are going to have a double patty stacked burger. In my opinion the extra veggies, in between each patty, would've taken the burger to another level. My friend was very satisfied with her chicken bites and fries. The customer service was good. When I got to my destination (outside of El Cajon), the wings were half cooked I called and spoke w/ the manager, she said she would put my name on the list and I can get fresh wings.
