This location is creepy and filthy. Full of tweeker and homeless people surrounding the parking lot. They hang around this Rally because they can use their ebt card. I'm not against ebt just to let you guys know they take ebt. Check your reciept I ask for 2 double spicy chicken sandwich for $6 the cashier charged me 1 double spicy sandwich for 3.99 maybe she need to get her ear check. Avoid this location as possible..this my first time here and I went home feeling grossed out because this location is so filthy they dont even clean anything. Full of germs. read more

Worse food ever. Gave them a year and a review with absolutely no improvement. Save your money. Especially if you are using EBT as they advertise!!! Attempted to upload photos but for some strange reason site will not allow no matter my permissions . Which says a great deal in itself. Also, employees are completely RUDE. Do yourself and family a favor and go somewhere else! read more

How on earth are there more McDonalds than Rallys? I'm a big fan of the seasoned fries! Seasoned Fries with anything can turn my day around in a heart beat. Unfortunately, in San Diego County Rallys are really hard to find and out of the way in some ghetto neighborhood. My friend's and I got done with KSON's Country Fest and decided we wanted some burgers. Initially we were thinking In & Out but changed our minds when we saw the long line. Get the fries, burgers are ok, shakes are rockin. Forget everything else. read more

If you want fast food, that is great. Has a affordable menu as well. Rally's is always a top choice when I am near one. Their "rally burgers" are cheap great and backed with onions and veggies. My favorites on the menu include the BBQ burger and the chicken Sandwiches read more

I asked for 2 bbq sauce to be added to my order at the window and the cashier confirms if it was ranch, I said no bbq and she goes "oh" with a blank stare ... I got home and I noticed I was given ranch! (I'll take the blame for not checking before driving off after that response I got from the cashier but after 2 previous incidents I've had with this location I'm officially done coming here) I'd rather drive to the Spring Valley location but if you'd still choose to come here always check that you are given the correct items and nothing's missing ... by the looks of other reviews it's no joke this happens on a daily basis ... read more

When ordering through the drive-thru, Expect to wait for your food at least 15 minutes. You will be asked to go wait in the parking and they will take your food to you as if you were at SONICS. If Vilo goes don't forget to give her extra ranch and fries at no cost for waiting. read more

Came here for my wings and had to wait roughly 10 minutes in parking lot for them. But with the kindness and great service of these workers, the wait meant nothing. They upsized my fries and made me get back in my car just so they can bring it to me as they said! Great job and great team ! You deserve this yelp! read more

Its 10/05/20 and this place is open, we had their food tonight, everything was good and tasty.

Foods good except u have to dodge the violent homeless people who demand you buy them food when you are stuck in the drivethru I'm not even saying asking or begging these people are bold saying things like u gotta buy some lady and her baby food cause they are homeless but there nowhere to be seen like the fact that I'm even eating at a Rally's I definitely cant afford to feed all the homeless. Get your stuff together Rally's the outside of your establishment is supposed to be for dining customers not a homeless shelter. read more

I ordered 2 of xl fry lovers among other things. The worker was holding both of the fries and dropped one of them on the floor. Another worker stepped in took the remaining fries and walked back to the fryer area. I could not tell what was happening, but when I got home it was clear. The woman that stepped in took the fries from one container and put it in two and passed it off as two. The containers were basically half full. UNACCEPTABLE! When I tried to call to complain, the phone turned out to be a fax. Lazy worker should have just fried a new batch. read more

I live less than five minutes away from this location and love to use the coupons we get in the mail! I ordered a double rally cheeseburger meal which comes with a small drink and a small fry. Quick and no hassle. The best part? Only $2.99 Everything was great for the price paid! Definitely will be a returning consumer read more

I like rallies a whole lot their french fries are the best in town if you're looking for a fat burger and large french fries go to rally's

Best $11 dollars! Rallies knows how to grab my hungry stomach with their delicious burgers and fries! The combo is perfect. The juicy burgers and the fries that balance out the burger. The fries are one of the best things on their menu if you ask me. They are also not that expensive if you want the fries alone. Anything on their menu solo doesn't really cost much too. I would recommend getting the combos though. Those are the complete bestttt! Another thing on their menu that I would highly recommend is their $1 ice cream. OMG, those are the best, especially after a long day and you are seeking to eat some ice cream. Getting rallies after a long day can really hit the spot. read more

How do I give them a zero stars?? Ran out of everything. The chicken wings were disgusting and smelled terrible. Then they gave us the wrong sized fries read more

Went through the drive thru. Fries were cold, cheese on both burgers were not melted at all. Patty was cold and both burgers were so salty they were inedible. I just got off a 3 day fasting for health reasons and was excited to actually eat something and starving and this was disgusting. Mr.Pibb was also out which sucked but the cherry coke was good so I guess that's all I have to say that's positive about this location. Rally's usually is amazing, first and last time at this location. Thanks guys read more

As me and my girlfriend pulled up to the window, they guy automatically gave us an attitude after we waited on the previous car for around 10 minutes. The guy handed us the bag, and I asked for barbecue and he just looked at me. Long story short he wouldn't give me and sauce but that's not the worst part. I got home and my food was under cooked. Not just one burger, but both of the burgers I had. read more

Best fry/burger combination of my childhood!... Rally's fries makes InNOut fries truly taste like cardboard. Fries are seasoned and taste like curly fries but arent mushy like Jack n Crack, just long and Crispy. OK I've been going to Rally's locations in San Diego since I was 8 years old. Every other location besides this one and the one in Chula Vista turned into a Burrito shop. Truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to cheap drive Ins. Oh how I wish there were more... Just get a Rally Burger or Bacon Cheeseburger Combo with there signature fries and side of jalepenos for like 5-6 bucks and your good to go. read more

You know when you encounter those managers at places and you question why they're managers? I've dealt with plenty of those here. I came here for some ice cream the other day because I love their chocolate dipped cones. I ordered 2 chocolate dipped swirl ice cream cones for my friend and I and a swirl waffle cone for another friend. I know I specifically ordered a separate waffle cone because if I didn't say that I would've just said 3 dipped swirl cones. I got up to the cashier and I was handed 3 regular cones. I corrected the girl handing it to me and told her one was supposed to be a waffle cone. With attitude, she informed me she didn't charge me for that. I told her to go ahead and charge me. This cashier didn't know how to charge me 60 cents, so I overheard her saying she was just going to charge me for ranch. At this point, I had been waiting for a good 7 minutes. The manager Manuel just stood there and watched this entire encounter without doing anything, he looked entertained though. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Rancid grease made this the worst lunch EVER. The biggest waste of $7. Literally left with a still empty stomach. Nasty food. To the management: Clean the fryers. But I won't be back. If I had read my Yelp reviews I would have been warned and not eaten at Rallys...what a mistake. read more

Homeless people all over in the parking lot smoke at the tables. Order a Freezy no syrup just shaved ice. Order a hot dog bun was hard as fuck. gave me one sauce even tho I order 6 piece tenders and got one sauce how is one sause gonna help me and charger me more for more even tho I just spent good money on food that should come with at least 2-4 Sauces. I got sick after eating the food here. Although they have good fries I am not enjoying this feeling right now. Maybe I just had some bad meat or something but this is the only thing that I did differently today and now I feel terrible. read more

I go to this location pretty frequently, and I love the restaurant. The service is great, and I always receive great food. The only downside is the location on a busy street and not so great area. When I go to Rally's, I will get their fries. If you have never been to a Rally's, they are known for their seasoned fries. The first thing you should get is their fries. The burgers are great, but they are kind of typical to a Jack in the Box or nothing exactly too special. I will usually get their chili dogs. Now, if you've never been to a Rally's, it's more of a drive-thru based restaurant, so there is no indoor seating. There are tables outside where people can sit, but I would advise to skip that and eat elsewhere. It's not exactly in the best neighborhood. I wouldn't even advise eating in your car, either. I always see people sitting in their cars, not eating, but just hanging out. The other thing I would advise, is that I find the street to be a bit chaotic. This restaurant is right next to this grocery store that has a lot of people going there, and their parking lot is very small. People will park on the street, and exiting the Rally's parking lot can get quite annoying. Anyway, to recap, the food and service are both great, but I hope you're a great driver and will eat somewhere else. You must try this place at least once! Get their fries! read more

love the burgers here but really love the customer service I have had from Sebastain in the mornings he is the best worker I have met at a fast food restaurant very nice and if I order something that has a special he gives me the special rate even If I do not know. Back in the day, I remember Rally's being one of the best burger joints. Now, I am not that impressed. I got their new buttery steak burger and it was like a slider with French's onions on it. I didn't taste much if any buttery and the steak was piss poor at best. Maybe I had to high of expectations, but it even seemed like my meal was over priced. Rally's, you let me down. read more

All i wanted was a fry lovers burger.... I ordered 2 big buffords for $5. I dig the fries on my burger. I asked can you charge me an order of fries and put it on the burger. No. I suppose I could put them on myself. I eat here 2-3 times a week and felt somewhat put out that they wouldn't throw a couple fries on my burger. So I went to burger King for the 2 for $5. Can you put some fries on my burger. Yes. It was that easy. I most likely won't go back to that rallys. Oh well. read more

This is the 3rd time they messed up our order. I know mistakes happen which is why we have given multiple opportunities but the last 3 times we have gone it's been terrible. I stopped tonight to get dinner before going home. I ordered 4 Rallyburgers, 1 small fry and 1 funnel cake fries. After i got home I realized they gave me 1 Rallyburger and a HUGE burger with 3 meat patties on it, the fries and funnel fries. I was a bit irritated that i had to go back but i needed the 4 burgers... NOT the huge burger. When i went back they told me they CANT remake my order and all they could do is to give me the bag i was suppose to receive I the first place... with all 4 COLD burgers in it! I've only been to this place 3 times and everytime they have messed up the order. I have never seen worse customer service then this Rallys. read more

Ok so...I'm usually pretty sensitive to greasy foods, they usually HATE me... Rally's is AMAZING!
