This place has a menu that makes you want to try everything! Our server was super attentive and made some great recommendations! We had the cheese curds and they were delicious! I had the K Bay burger and it was so good. My daughter had the chicken fingers and loved them! My husband and I shared the wings. Really laid back when we went Saturday about 2:00. They were a bit slow, which is good! That means quiet dinner! We were greeted and seating ups on arriving. Enjoyed reading the menu about the owners and looking at all the service memorabilia. We ordered the garlic cheese curds as an appetizer, they were hot and very delicious. I got the black and bleu burger which was very tasty and I liked that they used fresh blue cheese crumbles rather than a sauce. Fries were super delicious! Hot and perfectly salted! Food and service were quite good. Garlic cheese curds and pretzel to start, both excellent. Meatloaf sandwich was a big thumbs up from the wife, while I had the mushroom and Swiss burger. Nice little Pub type restaurant for burgers and sandwiches. My daughter and I went on a Sunday after a movie. She had one of the Burgers and I had the Cheesesteak. Both were good as were the fries. Was looking forward to the Onion Rings, but they were out, :(. I love the Marine Corp theme and enjoyed looking at the wall pix. Service was great even though the restaurant stayed pretty full, and that is always a positive to me. It was also a very clean restaurant, and I took notice of the greeters and servers cleaning during downtime. We will definitely go again......just hope they learn from the mistake of running out of Onion Rings. read more

Everything I have tried on the menu was delicious, the zero dark thirty burger was delicious and was with the egg yolk dripping down the burger made it even better I got side order of onion rings the breading was not too thick and the onion was hot and juicy, I went for brunch on Sunday and got the the Philly omelette there was so much meat sautéed onions and cheese in it I couldn't finish it it was delicious I also got the brat that came with it I choose this instead of bacon and wasn't disappointed. Went to this restaurant for the first time with a group of 16. They have a great private room. The food is basically bar food. Hot dogs, hamburgers and sandwiches. On Friday they do serve fish. I hope that in the future they will consider putting some kind of fish on the permanent menu. The food that we all ordered was delicious. Absolutely everyone in the group enjoyed what they got. The only thing impressive about this place is the food. Other than that there's absolutely nothing. This was the worst service I have ever received. While sitting at the bar, everyone else server wise looked elsewhere, even though they noticed we've been sitting with no type of attention. It's not like this was extremely busy for place that is military based I find it extremely funny they don't even offer a military discount to the veterans which that isn't that big of a deal at least have good service, the drinks were crap, at least the food was good. The owner was there and at least acknowledged the people that came in after us. If you want a juicy, juicy burger this place is it. Best cheeseburger I've had in Augusta. I had the O Dark Thirty and my husband had the Always Loyal. My first visit to Rally Point Grille, Evans. It did not disappoint. There was an Elvis impersonator performing who was phenomenal. The restaurant was packed with patrons. The staff did an amazing job of serving food and drinks. I believe the cook even delivered our food once. The chicken wing special was very good. Hot, meaty wings in a mild sauce. Half a salad was tasty and also a large size portion. The tater tots with chili were served hot and delicious. I cant say enough good things about this restaurant. I felt welcomed and appreciated. We had the Rueben and the mustang burger with tots and onion rings. Came out hot and fresh. Some of the best onion rings around. Took home half the Rueben for later. As a Veteran myself, it's so nice to be fully represented and appreciated in such a way. For those unfamiliar with military jargon, "Rally Point" refers to a meeting place and this place does not disappoint. The decor is military-themed and features countless pictures of Veterans during various tours of duty across our planet. The menu items are named after military terms that I'm sure other Veterans are sure to appreciate. Owned by USMC Vets Ralph & Carrie Roeger and operated by Vets from different walks of life and MOS, this Rally Point offers veterans of all generations a chance to share and hear experiences that only Veterans can truly understand or appreciate. Chef Skip Horne is a Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and his attention to detail in terms of taste and presentation is in full display when you receive your food. The side dishes, such as french fries and onion rings, are served in paper lined metal canteen cups... that's a damn cool touch in my opinion. They were very busy on Tuesday morning, considering their Grand Opening, yet I was still quite impressed with the wait time and quality of my food / service.
