So I'm a first timer here at Cane's and have always been intrigued from the way people talk about it. Being a recent California transplant, I felt the need to give it a whirl. I used the drive thru and those people should get a 5 star rating. She was friendly and efficient which goes a long way in my book. The food however was such a disappointment. The chicken was so greasy it was unreal. It was so greasy that the breading was soggy and fell right off. This could have been an off day or something cause everyone has em but I dunno. The fries however were cooked to perfection and I probably would go back around for more if I could. I feel like if your biggest menu item is a fail then meh probably will not be back. Always friendly, helpful staff and management . The food takes a while to come out some times but it's always hot. Love going here with friends and family! Not a big menu, but still really good. They do charge 40 cents for extra sauce or honey mustard but considering they pump it themselves I don't complain like some people do.. I mean it's 40 cents. Ok food, horrible service. Makes the folks at McDs seem like premier waiters. Why is decent customer service so hard to find?

The chicken strips are bland, bland, bland, bland, bland and bland. It as if they were seasoned with an entire bottle of... air. If you have to drown your food in a condiment, your food isn't very tasty. I can eat Chick Fil A strips without a sauce, I can even eat, dare I say it... McDonald's chicken strips without the sauce. I think people get so caught up in a herd mentality to really process and form a true opinion. The restrooms were clean though. Also, the fries and toast (buttered on both sides) are delicious. On April 31, 2018, I wanted to put in a larger pre-order than what I'm used to. The manager was awesome. He asked me questions that helped me decide what I wld wanted to know when I got there. He even helped me make a wiser cost-effective decision in my order. Very well-trained, professional, and extremely helpful. Made a HUGE impression on me to return as a customer. I'm updating my review because Cain's is a regular spot for our family to eat at, and this business does a huge amount for the community. They support so many school teams and help with fundraisers. I also find myself telling out of town guests about this place and everyone loves the chicken. I still think the fries are soggy and the chicken is over priced but that doesn't stop me visiting. read more

I'm not a big fan of raising canes. The first time I had it was in Irving Texas and I absolutely loved it. The raising canes in Keller does not even compare. They must have a different recipe for the chicken then that Irving location. I'll pick this up for my husband and my kids but I definitely pass on this place. In my opinion this place is overpriced and the fries are never really super hot like I like them. Just another average chicken spot in my opinion. I have been to several locations and love the franchise but someone should really look a bit closer into this store. I ordered two box combo plates to go. When I got home to enjoy my food my plates were missing the chicken. They were made completely with everything but the chicken, Really! Cane's isn't my favorite chicken restaurant. They don't have dinner options here. No mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, okra, etc. They have chicken strips, French fries, cole slaw and Texas toast. Large chicken strips packs don't even come with bread. That'll cost you $0.85 per slice. The chicken strips were fine. But don't expect to get BBQ sauce, honey mustard or gravy with them. They have Cane's sauce and mayo. read more

I placed my order at 6:42 PM and after 25 minutes of watching them have to fix other peoples meals that they messed up on I inquired on mine and they asked for my receipt and asked what I had ordered. Very good! Cane's is good stuff. This is the second one I've been to since I moved here. They only make and serve chicken fingers here, but they are really good. I got a 3 finger combo, and that's 3 chicken fingers, a mound of crinkle-cut fries, a small thing of "Cane's sauce" and a piece of Texas toast. The chicken is really good - breaded nicely, the sauce is the kicker, though. It's awesome. Too bad they charge you to get more of it! But it is really good and addictive. The fries themselves are bland but that's why god invented ketchup. The piece of toast is OK. I have also been to the place down the street "Chicken express" and their chicken fingers are very similar but also MUCH larger. Both places are very similar - I think you get more chicken for your dollar at Chicken Express, but it's hard to beat that Cane's sauce. But yah when I want a decent cheap lunch and I'm craving that sauce, I'll come here. read more

Driven by this chain many times. Finally decided to try it out. Small menu. Chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, and sides. At first I was kind of disappointed because I didn't think they had ranch but Cane's dipping sauce more than makes up for it. Decent enough for fast food. Would definitely return. read more

I love the tenders, very tender and taste good. Don't get me started on the sauce, it is tangy amazing goodness!! My complaint is that they only have fries and cole slaw for sides. Not good when you have other family members who want gravy and potatoes. We actually just bought the sauce and use it on their competitions' tenders instead. After eating just three chicken fingers that tasted good I could actually feel grease at the very back of my mouth and down my throat so much so I had to eat a bowl of Cheerios and milk to absorb it and calm it down slightly but still feel the grease. This was my first time eating at Raising Cane's. I heard a lot of good thing about this place but I was very disappointed. When I got home I was expecting food on par or better with other chicken places. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich meal. Half of bread was stale and inedible. The food is awesome but the front register young lady was very rude. We thought she was just rude to us but we saw her interact with other customers and she was just as bad. She never greeted the customer and also NEVER SMILED or even really look at the customer. This place is easily among the best chicken restaurants I have been to, as well as fast food restaurants, period. Unlike most fried chicken places, the food is not overly greasy and doesn't leave me feeling sick. The fries, toast, and cole slaw are also great. Another big thing that separates this establishment from others is their secret sauce - the flavor is simply inexplicable, but it alone makes coming here worthwhile. If you're in the Keller area, you'd be out of your mind not to try Raising Cane's. read more

We had our first Cane's "experience" last night. It will be our last. I get the limited menu; all they make is chicken fingers. I thought this would make them outstanding. What I got was equivalent to a school cafeteria lunch. Mushy crinkle fries and completely tasteless chicken fingers with over-seasoned sauce that tastes like mayo, ketchup mixed with bullion powder and coleslaw that had to have come from a carton. Service was not over the top either, everyone was bored and a bit irritated that they had a customer. All combos are listed coming with a drink which seemed odd. I tried this place once a long time ago and didn't care for it. I tried it again today somehow wanting my experience to be better than the last. Sadly it just wasn't happening. If they were a fast food place that sold only different flavors of Texas Toast I would give them 2 thumbs up because their Texas Toast was the only thing that was any good. If you enjoy food without flavor then this is the place for you. The chicken was okay and edible but had no real spices or flavoring to make you want to come back for more. We tried both of their dipping sauces. The honey mustard tasted good, but was so thin as if it was watered down. I just had a taste of their other sauce and it was awful. I offered my wife $10 to finish it and she wouldn't. The fries were decent, but I can do better at McDonald's. To me the coleslaw was very dry and tasteless. read more
