I have been in this establishment twice now and have gotten the WORSE customer service experience from their cashier workers, TWICE. Every time me and my girlfriend order single dip ice cream, we are faced with snarky attitudes, head shaking and eye rolls. This is a great location! My daughter wanted a single scoop strawberry sundae and she was super happy with what she received. The employee taking orders and payment was friendly as was the next employee handing out orders. The only downside to this location is trying to get out!!! This is a BUSY road and especially if you have to turn left, you are a brave soul. There's a turn lane but if oncoming traffic isn't paying attention they could sideswipe you trying to merge. New favorite Braums location! If you follow me at all, you'll quickly see that I have a fixation on this fast food burger. I can't resist the fresh ingredients, seasoned patty, foil wrapper that melds the ingredients and always delivers the burger hot, and worth honorable mention are the crispy tender, thick, krinkle cut fries dipped in gravy. I know it sounds like a heart attack, but mmmmm. So much goodness for such a reasonable price. In this Yelper's opinion, you have to go up to the Fatburger ($9) to rival it. But, I digress... This location is new, clean, and staffed with local, upbeat young people who provided excellent service to us on both our visits. Seating is typical for a Braums, which already provides opportunity to social distance. The quality of the food is just as good through the drive through it you don't want to sit inside. Burgers came out perfect and the fries were fresh. Once in a while we get stale fries if they've been sitting a few minutes. My only nit was the shake I ordered came a bit over-blended and soupy for my personal preference. They use real ice cream for all shakes. So, it must have been a little soft when they started. We went about two weeks ago and my husband ordered a candy bar mix and they made it almost like a milkshake(So watery you could drink it). I'll go three stars, A-OK, but mostly for the store potion of this Braum's. They have have pretty good ice cream flavors, and prices. The restaurant is kinda M'eh. Not bad. Not good. Perfectly edible, just unimaginative. Being Keller, The Fast Food Capital of 1709, the drive through gets pretty busy. Be careful if you have to walk across the parking lot. Went through the drive thru and grabbed a quarter pound and a double and a large fry. Could not be more disappointed. My burger was cold. My husband said his was good and the fries were good but I don't understand how two burgers cooked at the same time could come out so different. I also got a limeade and it was wayyyyy to sweet. I had these as a child and I sure don;t remember them being that sweet. Overall I was not impressed. Everyone behind the counter looked (and acted) like a brand new employee except for a couple people whom are always great (one with special needs). Ice cream is delicious, serving sizes are insanely large and the staff is friendly! My only wish is that there was a list of flavors. No big deal when you're in the store since you can peek at the freezer, but in the drive-thru we're sometimes guessing at names - do you have the cherry flavored one, etc if we don't remember the name, They're always nice about it but would be good to know somehow what's in stock! We were here about 2:30. You would think there would be people cleaning off table tops and mopping the floors. I found the floor under me dirty. People were wearing mask. The dining room is small. Christopher you took away a great ending to the night for my family and I. We had an eventful day all together and wanted to end the night at our favorite ice cream place. A sweet lady took my ice cream order and I was waiting to receive it so I could bring it to the check out and order food as well. I proceed with my food order and he cuts me off a couple seconds in and says "can you just come to my order station so I can actually put your order in" I bite my tongue. I order my food and he proceeds to check me out for my order. Once I pay out my ice cream arrives... assuming there was no communication between my order because Christopher decided to make it awkward and rushing, I could've had a free sundae as they walked away. I said "will I need to pay for this sundae" and Christopher says "oh yeah I just marked him down for a burger" she then rings in my ice cream and apologizes for him. After we ate we decided to get chocolate milk in the food market. My wife was paying out meanwhile I was trying to get a Togo lid for ice cream and the sent Christopher to help my wife pay out because he was the only one not doing anything while the others were working hard during this time. As he's checking out my wife's chocolate milk she tells me that he is complaining how annoying this is having to help people because they were "closed" it was 10:00pm at the time and they closed at 10:45pm.. The guy taking my order repeated "with chocolate ice cream" and then the guy handing me the sundae at the window repeats "with chocolate ice cream." Hi, was just there in the drive thru and was very disappointed at the customer service given by Rania in the drive thru. She gave us our ice creams and shut the doors. We had another half of our order that we were waiting on. Waited another 5 minutes as she saw us waiting there, she opened the windows and said what else are you waiting on? It's 107 degrees out and our ice creams were melting quickly we needed our drinks and our spoons to eat our ice creams with. She said "ok" gets them slams the doors again. No thank you or I'm sorry about that ect. Further training is needed as southerners we appreciate when we are thanked for our support of your business. I was excited when this location opened. I loved their burgers and fries. At first they were great. I never had to worry about them gettin the order wrong or the food being bad. However, the last 2 times I've gone there it's not been a good experience. The first time I had gotten a cheese burger for a friend and a burger for myself. My friend bites into the cheeseburger only to find out the didn't even take the paper off of the cheese. I called they didn't much care said it won't hurt you, and did nothing. Wanting to give them one more chance so today my friend goes to pick up the burgers and one was supposed to be a hamburger no cheese. They were told 3 times no cheese. Got it home.. cheese on it. I don't know what has happened to this location but, the service and quality has already gone downhill. And I will most likely not be back. It's not difficult to get an order right but, I don't live that close to the Braun's and going back to try to get my order corrected just isn't worth it anymore. Food is mediocre, nothing special but comparable to the area fast food joints. However, this place is new yet FILTHY! The doors are GROSS, the windows are DISGUSTING, the floors are sticky and ABSOLUTELY COVERED IN NAST. The tables are NOT wiped down- you can SEE THE FILTH as soon as you are walking in. The doors are covered in greasy prints. Loss of appetite 100%. Felt terrible feeding my kids here and potentially catching something. If this is on the outside,visibly dirty- whats going on in the kitchen? Even the parking lot is covered in trash. This place needs some help or it will surely not survive. It's embarrassing! read more
