Empty as day inside the dining area, but huge lunch line after the Houston winter storm. Encountered a grumpy cashier who had a lot to say as a dining customer. I ordered a kids meal with an Arnold Palmer and she handed me a half full cup of lemonade and ice and then when I inquired about it, I wasn't aware that I had to serve the sweet tea portion myself at the fountain drink station until she pointed it out after I asked. Then, I asked for ketchup and she said there's ketchup near the fountain drink station, you could've gotten some there and hands me a ketchup packet anyways . I could almost just say look at my pic, but I'll explain more. I was only a bit hungry and wanted to get something to eat before I went to the service call I was going. Not extremely starving so I just ordered a three piece well this would normally be plenty of food for me, but my meal today was literally only about 40% of normal size . Literally everything not chicken strips the French fry's portion as well as the bread Like, I said, in my picture WTF is the rest of my food! Well, by this time, I was in a bit of a rush so I could do is eat this little bit and then stay hungry for the rest of the day until I got something to eat! Sad thing is this the second time this is happened the first time was at a different location. Also, their chicken used to taste good. I had it. I must rate this horrible location of Cane's. First food is always not hot and sometimes hard chicken, fries and toast. Temperature control is not okay. Have to go back in the restaurant after ordering drive thru for my 3 finger combo and kids meal because cold food. Next need training employees before most have no customers service skills or home training. Slow lines compared other locations on Hwy 6 N, 290 and etc. They ask for name like Chick-fil-A but they are not organized because they give the wrong name or order/drink/bags. This a busy area can make money but I tell about this horrible experiences at Barker Cypress near Berry Center be aware don't go there. Also a friend family got food poisoning from this location too. It is closer to my house but I told my family will never go back will go different location. I send my concerns and the telephone number in receipt. I am absolutely disgusted with Raising Canes! Horrible service the last 2 visits. I really the chicken strips, fries and toasts. Two months ago I had a horrible experience. I asked for no coleslaw or canes sauce. I received my order and there was a coleslaw container that spilled all over my fries. I brought it up to a cashier and she said there is nothing she can do. I left so hurt and distraught. I hate wasting food but I can't stand the taste of coleslaw. Tonite, I wanted to give them a second chance. Please tell me why the exact same thing happened. I did not see the point to bring it up because they got annoyed with me last time. I don't know what else to do. The chicken fingers get smaller every time I get them. The batter is always soggy and falling off and the fries are soggy. It's a shame that Cane's has gone downhill so much. At one time they had the best chicken fingers in Houston. Not so much now. read more

The sauce is the best fast food sauce in the industry in my opinion.Toast is fluffy and well buttered, chicken is tender, and fries are good with the sauce. Customer service is okay compared to other places. The ambiance was overall pretty chill and everybody just eats their meal in peace. read more

This is a new Cane's and I like the service I get when I am inside. The outside drive Thur service is good too , but there was one time I got a Caniac and when I got home there were only 4 tenders. It was ok because I can't eat all 6 but the fact that I paid for a Caniac and was saving the leftovers for lunch made me sad that I could no longer do that. The food is fresh and hot. We had a business meeting and we placed a order, before I left I asked Mr. Brian if everything was in the bag. The tenders the fries and the canes sauce. He said yes and I took it back to our meeting. We ended up missing the fries and I called, he said they confused orders with someone else and thats why I was missing my order. This was really unprofessional considering I asked if everything was in there before leaving to avoid having someone come back since this was for a business meeting. Even then he said there was nothing that could be done for the inconvenience, not a refund nor a free drink. I'm leaving zero stars. This is my second visit since this location's opening, and both visits have consisted of slow and inefficient service. My husband has been a few times and reported the same. Went at 515pm on 5/20z. I ordered three Caniac combos with extra toast and no slaw. When I got to the window I was surprised they had the order ready within about 90 seconds (no one in the drive thru lane). I asked if it was for sure ready and the guy outside the window said yes - I'm guessing they were staffed for a busy day. Turns out the bag had only two boxes. I should have checked, but I trusted them. 2 stars are because the food was good, but when we are sharing among 8 sucks that I had to make up elsewhere when they swore it was all there.
