I'm very particular about my nails and am a bit of a hassle because I always want a new nail design and this place DELIVERS! They have BOOKS on all of their past designs and are always up for my new challenges. No matter who I've been sat down with, every person has checked in with me to see if the design is exactly what I want or if there needs to be an adjustment. But what caught my heart the most was that the first time I strolled in, I had a four year old tag along. They were so patient with her and gingerly (but quickly!) put a coat of polish on her nails and she was so excited as this was her first time at a nail salon. Since her nails were so small, they even offered for her to pick out a sticker (they had a WHOLE BOOK OF THEM!) for her nail accent. She left there BEAMING and they didn't even charge us for her mini-mani. If I could give more stars, I would! read more

The place is clean, cute and ran by a professional group of women. My go to is a shellac manicure and this time I asked for a little 'extra' in prep for Coachella. Saw reviews on Yelp so I went yesterday for my first visit and got a gel mani/pedi. It cost me $60. Plus I got a design so it was $8 more. The girl did give me a discount of $5 and a coupon for $10 off my next one. I called and they got me in right away. The shop was really clean. There were two girls working and they made me feel welcome. I'm really happy with my nails and service. I have no complaints. I will go back, I'm just hoping the service continues to be the same.. A nice surprise tucked away in a strip mall. Best to make an appointment but they squeezed me in when they opened on a Saturday. Small, extremely clean with updated decor. Everyone was so nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails -- if not, they would do them over! They do three coats of gel which is unheard of for most mail shops. Very professional with polish going all the way to the edge of your nails (I hate it when shops don't do that). Would highly recommend. read more

Came in for a regular mani and pedi. There was one other lady getting services so they helped me right away. I was there for an hour and a half total so I am not sure they are the most efficient if you are on a time crunch. I did like that they did my mani at the table first so my nails had time to dry before I left. The mani and pedi were good. Nothing too special but I would come back. The polish selection is good. They do not do dip nails and they do not offer gloves to cover hands if you are doing a gel mani. The store looked a bit messy. Lots of clutter but looked fairly clean. And if you don't see exactly what you have in mind, they'll work with you to come up with something creative. The shop is very clean and beautifully decorated. Yuli is the technician who has done my manicures and pedicures three times now. She has never accidentally cut me while trimming my cuticles. Grant it this place is clean, but looks can be deceiving! My daughter wanted a "fill" and a new set, so a take down of her acrylics. I wanted a pedicure. These ladies should have told us on the phone when we said "fill" that they DON'T DO ACRYLICS!!!! I am a licensed manicurist and I don't even know what this gel stuff is! They start removing her nails the hard way, soaking them which took an hour, then another 2 hours to do the tips and gel, that is crazy. My daughter wanted to bounce outta there when this lady couldn't glue the tips on correctly....my pedicure was ok, the fact that she massaged my legs (yes legs only) not feet for about 3 minutes ticks me off. I went to beauty school and each foot should be massaged for 5 minutes each. Are they afraid of touching feet or something. I wanted them to re-policy my fingernails, they looked at me like I was crazy and then go into their own language to talk smack! Ugh! Can you believe because I have acrylics they couldn't re-polish my nails, what is going on here???? Oh and they said they use gel because of the chemicals in acrylic but why are they wearing masks still? Silly, $45 later for a half-good pedicure - you suck! read more

I hate getting my cuticles cut, told them upfront, but said I would get them done if it made a difference, manager said it wouldn't, so we skipped that part. The girl forgot to do the cats eye in one finger and was requesting my other hand, I don't know how she missed that, had to ask her to do that finger, then she left gaps on the side, so big, I could see the white part of my nail, she retouched both hands, but it was not good enough, the manager came in and said because the cuticle was not cut, they have to paint far from the base of the nail so it won't peel off, I HAD ASKED IF IT MADE A DIFFERENCE BEFORE STARTING, she tried to fix it by retouching, great customer service, but the result sucked, the color is beautiful and dazzling, the girl was very gentle, but my nails look as if they were done weeks ago, and that was yesterday. Not coming back because of that. I'll just repaint the base gaps at home and will give the opportunity to another business. But now I know, IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE, learned that the hard way. read more
