There was no crowd, so it's not like they were rushing to get through the line. I understand maybe they want to make sure they get tips for extra effort when people eat inside, but they basically got tipped twice. And my biggest gripe is they should've disclosed this before we paid! We would've taken it to-go instead! Even places that charge a small fee for using credit cards have a sign or let the customers know verbally. And this is a bigger percentage than that. It just felt sneaky and icky, and makes us hesitant about coming back.
