They arrived right at the scheduled time, laid down tarps to cover my garden and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated that they took the extra time to clean up the bits a debris that came off the roof. We plan to have them return in the fall to install guards on our gutters and again next spring for a cleaning or at least an inspection. I've already referred them to our neighbors as well. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

Said she would get back to me. Then a guy called me around 530pm with an "irish" accent and again asked all the same questions and scheduled the appt the next day at 11am. Around 930 that night I received a text my appt was at 8 am. In the morning around 730am I called the number on the text and they confirmed the appt was at 8am. Went to the site, and no one showed up. I would NOT recommend this company!!
