Lots of brick, and wood panelling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buddy and I split a pepperonata pizza. Nice thin crust, and a decent amount of toppings. Everything was fresh. Price was a bit high, but the quality is there. They also have some pasta dishes such as lasagna. Wouldn't mind trying something different for next time. Recommended. read more

great pizza place. The dough is nice, has a nice chew and crunch to it. Toppings were fresh and ratio of toppings was good. If you like very traditional neopolitan pizza, this is not it. But its also not your typical fast-food style American pizza like Dominos. Its somewhere in between. For a neighborhood joint, prices are on the high side at around $30/pizza but the quality is there. I got takeout, and lots of other people did too. You can order online and pickup, or get delivery for a fee. Theyre also available on doordash but it costs more. There is seating inside but its pretty small. You can also get slices to go. This place used to be so good, but the last few times I've been here it's been average at best. The last time I was here the dough on the pizza wasn't even even, it was lopsided. The service has also been pretty inconsistent. It used to be really good, I always remembered a certain girl that used to work here and she was really good. Now it seems like there's a different girl every few months. One time the girl gave away my pizza, didn't apologize or anything, the guy came out and said he'd make me another one. No discount, maybe 10% off or a couple of bucks, whatever, it was your mistake...nothing! I always order for pick-up and one thing that almost always happens is they are never accurate with their times. 20 minutes is never 20 minutes, or 30 minutes or whatever, you almost always have to wait. Ordered their Rustica pizza in the largest size and the crust was spectacular. The toppings of salami, bacon and potatoes was not overwhelming but enough to make a great flavour combo. I liked how they were not too generous with the cheese meaning that it didnt taste too greasy or heavy. The crust itself is thin and cracker like. We stopped by for dinner after visiting a nearby lantern festival. We were a group of five adults and three kids. The corner restaurant is small and mainly a take out restaurant. Someone had called in advance to make a large group reservation so half the tables were unavailable. Consequently, we were seated at the remaining two tables next to a couple who were also dining in. It was cosy fit. There was a fan blowing cold air into the already cold restaurant. It was a chilly dining experience as we were soaking wet from visiting an outdoor festival earlier. The ambiance was not kid friendly or dine in worthy. We did ask a one of the staffers to turn off the fan and she nicely obliged. I ordered a lasagna and prosciutto e rucola pizza to share with my other half. The rest of the group ordered slices of pizza and meatballs. The food took awhile to arrive. Cutlery and napkins were only provided for those who ordered a whole pizza, lasagna or meatballs. Anyone who ordered pizza slices had to go get napkins themselves. There was barely any service and no one came back to check up on us once food was dropped off. The couple next to us boxed their own pizza home. While waiting for our food to arrive and during our meal, we noticed three delivery drivers who showed up but staff said someone else already picked up the food to be delivered. It looked like a very chaotic situation. I would recommend calling in and picking up the food yourself. Once the food arrived, the meatballs were the star. The homemade taste shined through and not many pizza joints serve fantastic meatballs. Garlic bread was average. The lasagna tasted good as well and was the runner up. I can tell it was also homemade but was very tomato sauce based. I would have liked some ground beef and more cheese. The pizza was good. Crust was thin and baked golden brown. The arugula added some freshness to the pizza. There was an okay amount of bocconcini and prosciutto. There are plenty of great pizza restaurants around the city that the pizza did not stand out as much as the meatballs. Pizza was made well and was a solid choice for anyone who lives nearby. The worse part of the dining experience was that the large group reservation never showed up. We could have been seated there and had more elbow space to enjoy our food. Popped in to this pizza place for a slice on the way home Friday night, was starving. When I walked in there were no slices ready and I asked the boy at the till how long it would be, he said 10 minutes. Honestly some of the best pizza I've had in Vancouver!! Super delicious, the crust has awesome chew, the toppings are fresh, the pizza sauce especially is bright and zingy! Enjoyed our pizza's on a summer Sunday evening. This place is small but good local joint that even Italians come to. True thin crust pizza as close to Italy you can get. We ordered the Quattro stagioni and I would highly recommend. I have 3 guys ( ragazzi) to feed so I ordered meat lovers. It was a bit too salty as there's a lot of cured meat on it. They use all fresh products, and you can definitely tell it's fresh the way any slice of their pizza can melt in your mouth. My pisanos always brag about this Italian pizza at Raggazzi's. So first few times I tried it ( eat in only) mixed salad was cold and fresh n crunchy, awesome dressing. Tried a pepperoni slice, margherita slice and I think the caprisosa. Awesome, heated and too hot to eat right away. I agree the service was lacking. It's a bunch of youngsters running this joint, what are you expecting? Assuming probably not enough help? We had ordered for delivery to our workplace took forever especially we had ordered 1 day in advance ! Mamma Mia! It arrived so late we ended up eating back at our desks as lunch break was over! Not to be rude, but I come from the land of the holy grail of pizza aka NYC, and this was just as mouthwatering as my neighborhood spot. I'm always hesitant to eat pizza out of NYC, let alone the states, unless I'm on Italy of course, but the quality was superb. A friend of mine likes this place so we took our group to this place. It's in a very small, obscure part of town. It actually looks more like a take out/delivery place because its so small, with a few tables inside that can sit maybe under 20 people. There were only 2 employees when we came. They sell slices. Looking at them, they didn't look appetizing so we chose the option of ordering our own pizzas. Looking at the menu thoroughly, and seeing how bizarrely expensive it was, we still ordered a few pizzas and sides for me and my friends. While waiting and chatting it up, I went to go to the washroom. Big mistake. It smelled like no one has cleaned it for a month. It also smelled strongly of weed. Either that or a skunk just happened to pass by and spray just inside the washroom. But this is not all. When you go to the bathroom, you'd be able to see part of their kitchen. If you walk just a few more steps, you'd be in the kitchen. The best part, you can hear kitchen conversations. The conversation went about like this, "Fuck just make another one, reheat that old one and serve it" At this point I stuck my head into where the kitchen is. Needless to say, it looked like a kitchen from a kitchen nightmare show. The floor was covered in what looked like flour and cheese, and one area looked like there was a can of tomato sauce exploded on the floor. Not to mention the chef was wearing the filthiest looking apron I've ever seen and was wiping his prep area with the filthiest looking rag I've ever seen. This is where my food was going to be put on. I still shudder at the thought of it. There was also a burnt pizza on the side which I am assuming was our pizza. Upon returning to my friends, one of my companions said that one employee was looking at us weird and took one of the pizzas from the case they were selling slices from. A few minutes later we were served a slightly warm pizza, exactly what was taken from the case. Slightly suspect? The other pizzas came way later. We sent back more than a few plates and utensils because they still had some food stuck in them. The food. The wings we ordered were still cold in the middle. The pizza looks like pizza I've had in Italy. It tasted okay. Though for the price, I was expecting more toppings than what I got. Especially since I paid for more toppings to be put on, which was also expensive. They also got our order wrong a few times, the chef came to us to apologize. This is where we found out that he smelled like weed and cigarettes. All in all, because I've seen the kitchen and the person making the food I would never come back and order from this place.
