One of the first stores to open in the reimagined Plaza de Lago and one of my favorite brands! I stopped in after lunch and my new favorite lunch spot- Space519. I saw sooo many cute fall clothes calling my name, but restrained myself since I've been doing a lot of shopping lately. My favorite section in there is the miramar section, which is their fake jean material...looks like denim, but feels like sweats. I have a few miramar pieces that I live in and may need to come back here soon for more. There were a pair of black miramar jeans that were beyond cute and comfy looking. I was the only person in there so the sales associates were super friendly and helpful, but not pushy at all. While I buy most of my rag & bone online it's always great to try on things in person so super glad I have this close to home now! read more

I bought my first pair of jeans online prior to the holidays and promptly returned them through the online process because of poor fit. I was to receive a refund within 7 business days, and it's now been 22 business days. When I have inquired, I've gotten programmed responses. I finally called and was told there's a backlog in their warehouse and they're in the middle of inventory. Really don't care about inside issues...Rag & Bone should honor their word to their customers and make CUSTOMERS their top priority. Please return my money!!! read more

Refund The Money! I purchased some pants for my wife on line for Christmas that were too big. Returned the item to the main warehouse (received 12/23/25) for a refund and after 13 days (excluding Holidays) I still do not have the refund even though I was told (via a phone call) the refund would be in my account days before the writing of this review. Placed a second phone call today (01/09/26) about this issue and the and the issue was elevated. I just received an email stating the refund has been processed and will not show up on my card till 01/13/26. The time to receive the refund is unacceptable. When orders are placed the money is taken from an account immediately. Why is that process not used on returned items that have been recieved at their warehouse? Not a well ran company based on my first time experience. Due to my unsatisfactory experience with Rag & Bone, I will not be a future customer. read more

Great store in the Chicago Gold Coast. This is a flagship store and is very large and has unique items. Adam, one of the the managers was phenomenally! I found an amazing puffer coat for my boyfriend and Adam tried it on and modeled it on for me. I also purchase a great belt from the store. Adam could not have been kinder and wrapped everything up in a beautiful box for me. read more

I'm not sure yet on how to review this company. I ordered a jacket on sale... I haven't received it yet. I called to inquire about where my jacket was. They didn't know. If I haven't received item they would refund my credit card. That's not what I want. I looked at website, and jacket was increased in price $150.00 and mentioned it has low inventory. I still remember when rag & bone was all the rave, right as they launched. While those times have now been more subdued and below the radar, I do *still* think they're a good brand, for what it's worth. This location, tucked in the corner of the Gold Coast, is charming. It has a decent selection of what you call fashion, and a good selection of basics, overall making it a go-to place. Their jeans are a must, and their basic tees are better than your local Gap - I would hope! If you need a cute, simple (and effective) outfit, this is your place. read more

Very disappointed. Fell in love with one of their fragrances and ordered it, they canceled the order and told me it was out of stock. Then they text me 2 weeks later it's back in stock so I ordered. Checked the status twice but none of their employees could find my order. Received a notification my order was canceled again with no explanation. read more

Sooooo, I came in here honestly just to window shop. Within five minutes of walking in, I was not only in love with the denim, but even more so with ADAM!! I felt like he and I should go to Claire's to get best friend necklaces after my shopping trip. :D I have dubbed Adam the "Deacon of Denim" due to the fact that jeans shopping is the bane of my existence...but NOT with this fly-ass associate. I have a small waist and a big butt, and somehow no jeans seem to be made for that...they either give me muffin top or leave a huge gap between the jeans and my skin above my butt. I tried to tell Adam nothing was going to work, what size I thought I was, and he kindly disagreed with my negative outlook about the jeans not fitting AND he also disagreed with my sizing. Like a pro, he very neatly laid out the items I requested to try on in the dressing room, and cunningly -- he added some of what HE thought would fit me best and the sizing HE thought I was. Sneaky devil! ;) Long story short: I walked in just window shopping and left with FIVE PAIRS OF JEANS! ...not any of the sizes/items I chose, of course, all of the ones he chose for me because his taste/sizing intuition is that good. Did I mention I laughed the entire time? I was sweating from laughing so hard! He is friendly, professional, and hilarious all at the same time. That's impressive. Pro, pro, professional. Well played, sir. Fast forward to the next day: I wore one pair of the jeans out and about and I fell in love for them...hard. Lemme tell you: these jeans make a booty look GEEWWWD. So, just in case anything ever happened to these bad boys, I thought I should have a backup. I called Adam back at the store, and asked if I could purchase another pair over the phone, and I would just swing by and pick them up on my way out of town in about 15 minutes. This sweet gentleman ran my newly purchased jeans out to my car (with the receipt in the pocket so it wouldn't blow away)..and he even put a bottle of water in the bag for my out-of-town trip. I am a fan of this brand as I was introduced to it by Trunk Club a few years ago. Also, I have been to their store in NYC's Meat Packing District. A friend of mine is also a big fan of this place so we metup to do some shopping. Grabbed me a pair of jeans, left them there to get taken up in the leg area (complimentary) and they were ready in a couple days. The people here are really helpful in making sure you get the right sized jeans in addition to other cool garments. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I walked in looking for something for both my husband and myself and was surprised at the lack of attentiveness, warmth and assistance. As I perused the male section, the male associate just stood there and watched. Not a hello, not a 'need any help?' Nothing. He couldn't be less interested. Being the only customer in his section, it was a complete turn off. I won't be returning to this location. Knowing how expensive Rag + Bone is, it's not worth it when people don't even care that you're in the store. read more
