Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

Hear me…read moreout: We were in an incredible bind as a family - needing to take our 3 month old daughter to some specialty treatment for her seizures across the country. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. I know they care about people - and will treat you fairly. This is the kind of business we should support, celebrate and invest in for our communities. I'm a journalist professionally, so you can't blame me for wanting to write about this experience. If you want to hear more, I wrote about it here on my Substack - https://www.publishpeace.net/p/our-familys-gratitude-for-so-much

Save yourself the headache and rent from literally anywhere else…read more After multiple mistakes (and I do mean multiple), I was actually told by the "manager" to try a different location because this branch is essentially a training ground and "not equipped" to handle things. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. We rent cars regularly for business and gave this location chance after chance for over a year. Like clockwork, every single month came with a new issue--overcharges, missing deposit refunds, conflicting information, and zero accountability. Just when you think things are finally sorted, they find a new way to mess it up. The experience feels less like customer service and more like a game of "let's see what we can get away with this time." Cars were consistently given to us on empty, then magically documented as "full" so they could tack on fuel charges. Rates we were told were "locked in" (confirmed by multiple employees) changed without warning. One car reeked of cigarette smoke, and when we pointed it out, the response was essentially, "Yeah... we have a rule about that, but we don't enforce it." Inspiring. Policies seem to change depending on who you talk to, which means you can't trust anything you're told--today's answer won't be tomorrow's. The cherry on top? When I asked to escalate my concerns, I was told the manager had no manager and was the highest level I'd be "allowed" to speak to. That's not leadership--that's avoidance. We even followed their suggestion to try another location, only to be sent right back to the same branch a couple months later--the one that openly admitted they couldn't handle the rentals. At this point, it's not bad luck--it's a pattern. Whatever deal you think you're getting, you're not. This place operates with zero consistency, zero accountability, and even less care for the customer experience. Do yourself a favor--go somewhere else.
