Excellent!! Referring them to everyone I can…read more We travel to Park City once a year. This year our schedules had us arriving at 1am on a holiday weekend at SLC. I contacted the concierge at the Canyons re: transportation. They referred me to Snowbound Transportation. I immediately liked owner/operator Francisco Javellana when I spoke to him on the phone to make a reservation. I was traveling with a baby and a carseat so I had some concern about the type of vehicle we would have, the driver's abilities and wanting to ensure the driver would be ready for us on arrival. Francisco was easy to talk to and very professional. He was easy to trust and seemed very reliable. I requested text updates which he happily complied with. I received an immediate text confirmation a few minutes later and another the morning of our flight. On arrival (landed at 1am) I had an introductory text from our driver, Ronal. Our baby was fast asleep so I immediately called back hoping to ensure the driver would be available quickly. "No problem", I was told, and he promised to be right outside of Door 6 when we walked out. We gathered our luggage, literally turned around to see Door 6 behind us. We walked out and found our driver and car right there, easy to find and identifiable. "Ani?", he confirmed, as he expertly installed our carseat and quickly loaded the Ronal offered us chilled water and we were on our way by 1.15am. Our return flight was early morning as well. Our pickup was scheduled for 7am. At 6.53am, Ronal arrived and called to let me know he was waiting at the front of the hotel. Perfect! I had sent the luggage down early and was delighted as we walked out on a cold frozen morning with the baby to find the van warm and Carseat perfectly installed. Couldn't be happier! Definitely ask for Ronal!

From the moment we stepped onto the bus, our bachelorette weekend was derailed. We were greeted not with professionalism or cleanliness, but with filthy champagne glasses - every single one smeared with someone else's lipstick. Not "missed a spot" dirty - completely unclean and unacceptable. It was the kind of health‑code nightmare you'd expect from a back‑alley dive bar, not a service charging over $400. The driver? Utterly unprepared. He had no idea how to operate the sound system and making excuses, leaving us sitting in awkward silence and playing music from a phone speaker instead of enjoying the celebration we paid for. If this was his first day, he clearly received zero training which says everything about the company's standards. But the real disaster was the manager. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Shockingly rude. His attitude alone should disqualify him from working in any customer‑facing industry. Instead of acknowledging the issues or offering solutions, he delivered condescension and defensiveness, making it clear that customer satisfaction isn't even a remote priority for this company. In short: If you want to spend over $400 to be disrespected, dismissed, and disgusted, this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself and your event a favor and book literally anyone else. Yellow Taxi would be a huge upgrade.

First of all, I tried to reconfirm the day before with the driver to make sure everything was good. When I texted him, I was notified that he read the text, but he clearly ignored me and never actually did get back to me confirming everything. The day of the event, he did text me 20 minutes before the pick up time saying that the bus overheated and that he is going to be late. He actually ended up being over 30 minutes late. When he finally showed up, he was rude to the guests and was an absolute horrible driver. He ran through stop signs, hit many curbs, made other cars wait for him while driving up Main Street, etc. etc. The bus was also in horrible condition. There were no back shocks so it created tons of noise while driving. The bus was dirty and the AC didn't work very well. We tried to reach out to management of the company to see what they could do for us and of course, no response. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. Maybe instead of spending money on all the billboards with the owners face, put that money toward maintenance/updated vehicles in their fleet and competent drivers. Wow!
