Adventure Haus is my family's "go to" for all ski rental equipment. When friends fly in from the east coast...I tell them to leave their equipment at home because Adventure Haus has high-end; top-of-the-line skis in great condition and also well-tuned. The boots are in great condition as well and the men in the shop are careful and knowledgable about how to fit each person to the best skis and best boots. They know what they are doing...and it's a comfort to know they are invested in skier safety. We have been a faithful customer for the past 3 years and feel so fortunate to have found them. We had plans to go to Zipline, Utah; however, due to the air quality (CA fires in Greenville ) and wind, we had to cancel. We were on the hunt for razors, but everyone was booked. We made it to Adventure Haus, and luckily, they had E-bikes available. We had a fun time riding through downtown Midway and making our way to Memorial Hill. We did not do the guided bike tour, but the owner was excellent. He has some cool demo bikes to ride. We highly recommend visiting if you want to achieve your move and exercise goals for the day. read more

The Adventure Haus is AWESOME! We've rented Polaris RZRs here twice and had a great experience on both occasions. The staff is friendly and does a really good job reviewing safety and vehicle operation, trail maps, and other pertinent details. The Polar RZRs are a lot of fun off-road and there are many, many miles of trails in Midway for your off-road adventure. I personally like the RZRs much better than four-wheelers because you have a full seat with seat belt, roll cage, and you can drive fast without feeling like you're going to fall off. Unfortunately we got a flat tire the last time we rented a RZR, but the staff was up the mountain to save the day in no time. They swapped out the tire and got us up and running quickly. We rented Razor OHV's for a winter team event. During our use, one of the vehicles slid out and fell onto its side, damaging the vehicle's fender. We noted the incident to the staff. Later, the manager charged us $3000, claiming that we had rolled the vehicle, and damaged the roll cage. The manager used our honesty as an opportunity to gouge us for an exorbitant fee, pinning unrelated charges on us. It is dishonest, and my company will never use Adventure Haus again. read more

We had the best time on the ride! Adventure Haus, specifically Scottie, was amazing with his customer service. We had arrived early and had a bit of a wait before our ride was ready. Scottie was so sweet with our two seven year olds and was hurrying and hustling to get our machine ready quickly for us. The machines were top notch. Super clean, worked really well and were easy to use. We did a self-guided two hour loop. It was gorgeous, so many fall leaves to see and so much fun. Scottie provides top notch directions and provided a map with matching mile markers, roads, landmarks etc he even gave us his cell phone in case we got lost since the shop was closing before our return and served as our photographer. I didn't know how dirty and dusty it would be so definitely bring something for your eyes and wear clothes you don't care if they get dirty. Well worth the money. I rented a RZR at this location from Matt. He was extremely helpful and made sure we had an amazing time and that we were comfortable with the trails prior to sending us on our way. I only wish that I had more than the 2 hour minimum as the local trails were amazing. Even if you have never driven a UTV the staff and top of the line machines made even my wife comfortable to head off into the hills and have a fun experience. Our family rented two Polaris Razor 4 this past weekend. We had a fantastic time and the Razors were a blast! We took the razors into the Wasatch mountains to enjoy the fall foliage. I rented from Adventure Haus over 3 days this past MLK Jr weekend. They gave me good stuff at decent prices and the staff was very helpful. I'm a big guy so had to default to their "performance" skis which did cost more but I don't think it was that much more expensive. They didn't have poles long enough for me at the Zermatt location but their Stillwater location by Deer Valley had them and it was quick and easy to pick up, especially because I was heading to ski right there. I rented a helmet too for the 3 days but at $45 for the rental, I would advise buying one as I noticed on my way out they had them on sale for $100. read more

Jonathan did a great job. He took our ski rental order and delivered it to the house right on time. When he came to the house he measured for our boot size to ensure they fit correctly. The owner is not to be trusted. I had purchased a Groupon deal for a UTV rental but wasn't able to use it by the expiration date. While in the neighborhood one day, I stopped by to see if I could apply the value to another product (typical Groupon rule). The owner (indentified himself) explained it doesn't work that way, I thought it did and said I would verify the rules when I got home. He asked for my coupon to check the status, scanned it and confirmed it had expired. He also explained to me that they only get paid when the coupon is redeemed. He tried to smooth it over with, "Come back sometime and we'll work you a deal." When I got home I checked my coupon and found it was redeemed. Quite the slick move on his part. The Razors in the Wasatch Mtn State Park are awesome! The 4 seater did great. Well worth the price. A great summer outing. I highly recommend it. While we stayed at Zermatt Resort we went in on a Saturday afternoon, rented 5 bikes and a baby trailer. The baby trailer was not safe, had shredded belts that couldn't be adjusted and was a definite "hand me down" from an employee from maybe 10 years ago at the least. The minute we got out on our ride, it started pooring. We tried to ride but with 2 kids in a trailer and 2 on bikes we had to return in a half an hour. Our rental was for 2 hours and the guy wouldn't budge on giving any of our money back. Poor customer service, poor quality equipment and just an over all bad experience that you wouldn't expect at a 4 star resort. read more
