We recently had a trip planned to Lake Powell and found out the boat we were renting broke down just 3 or 4 days before we were supposed to leave. We found First Class Rentals last minute. They were amazing to work with. They went out of their way to make things work with our schedule and have the boat ready for us. I have never experienced such great customer service from any other company. They were very kind, easy to work with and professional. Their equipment is top of the line, well cared for and in excellent condition. You won't find better equipment for a better price. First Class Rental" turns into a hospital visit for my Family! Faulty equipment ruined our end of summer family vacation! The 2 person kayak which had me and my 5 year old on it who could not swim SANK, she was mortified. We could not use it at all and with in the same hour the rubber grip on the wave runner came off and my husband was immediately rushed to get 4 stiches' at the hospital. After speaking with Tom the owner he doubted my claims and being a father himself had no sympathy to our situation or our babies. He even admitted he pushes this equipment out so fast how would he even know when the grip could come off. Sounds like you need to take your "First Class" title more seriously! We rented two seedoos. They were great! We got them for our trip to lake powell. The older kids loved being able to explore on their own or if they just needed a break from everyone they could going ride threw all the canyons. Easy to pick up and easy to drop off. Will rent again! read more

My wife and I went to first class rentals because they had the best price around for jet ski rentals. After speaking with them about what we needed, they worked with us on the price and we were able to pick up the jet ski the next day. The machine was in great shape and we had such a great time in Lake Powell. I would highly recommend this company for all of your jet ski rental needs. We plan on going back in the future. read more

Enjoyed all aspects of the rental process. Great equipment, great prices, great people.

The first part of the rental was fine but a couple of weeks after I returned the wave runner, I was charged additional money for gas and cleaning. We returned the rental with more gas than when we picked it up and cleaned the unit also. I tried reaching out to the company three times explaining the situation and wanting a refund and they would never respond to me. I will not be doing business with them again. read more

Unbelievably deceptive. These guys hit my card for $900 for Waverunner "damages" they they didn't even talk to me about. This was $100 less than the insurance deductible (I purchased the liability damage waiver). Jordan, the owner, told me that the deductible was $1000. So interesting that the "damages" were just $100 short of that. So upsetting that they wouldn't even call me to talk through almost $1000 in damages. How many other people have they done this to!!? read more

The wave runners were great and brand new!! We cleaned them at the lake, but on the ride home it rained and they charged us twenty dollars for a cleaning fee because the rain got on them so be aware of the cleaning fee! read more
