Absolutely excellent in every way! David was our tour guide and he was professional, knowledgable,…read morekind, considerate, engaging, entertaining, and fun. Gregorio was our driver and he got us there safely and on time. Every arrangement was done well and timely. The van we drove in was clean. When we arrived, cold water was ready and available. Lunch was provided as part of our tour and it was very nice. David was able to share loads of historical information and insights that we would never have gathered without him. David's English was fluent and articulate. He took care of all of the tickets, transportation, lunch, and every necessary arrangement to make our tour fun and fantastic. At the very beginning of the tour, David respectfully asked how we would like to have him include or exclude religious references, themes, and/or details. His approach was respectful and helpful and allowed us to choose what aspects of religion and history we wanted him to include in our tour. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anybody of all religious and spiritual backgrounds.

Although Kirsten was a very kind, cheerful and knowledgeable woman with an amazing personality,…read morethis tour was unfortunately not even close to worth the $3000 we had paid like we hoped it would be. We spent most of the time in the van and when we did stop at the locations, we weren't able to go inside to tour any of them or even use a bathroom at them, we just stood in the driveways to learn about them. I admire her passion for teaching, but we cannot for the life of us figure out how our $3000 was spent. The wine was limited to an ounce every time, and whenever we asked for a second "glass" the lady pouring would say "well we want to make sure everyone gets some!" - the "snacks" were two tiny pieces of cheese inside of a ziplock baggie and there is no place to use any restroom throughout the course of the entire tour... mainly because the tour takes place only in a van and standing in driveways. For $3000, a nice suggestion would've been a charcuterie spread INSIDE of one of the locations with some tastings and every person at that price should at the very least have been able to go home with a bottle of wine from the tour. I give her credit for starting up a creative business in an extremely competitive tourist city, but I can't in good faith allow anyone else to pay so much money to go into this expecting a luxury experience, and end up getting yelled at by a bus driver and having to sneak around an old hospital just to pee. I really liked her as a person and hope she can take this advice and use it to work on creating a better experience for all.
