The digital interface was so easy to use - easy snap of a still photo or boomerang sent directly to your phone. And we received a photo album of all images the day after the event, so we could download our favorites. A staff member was there the entire time to ensure things ran smoothly. My guests made a line that wrapped out of the gift room for a turn at this booth. I especially loved the fact that it not only prints out two copies per photo session for the guests to take home (and as much as they want!), but that it also is delivered to me as a drop box email link to all and every photo taken that night just for me to keep! They also hand make special props and I gotta say the kids and adults alike absolutely loved them! The turn around on digital photo delivery is generally in 24 hours or less and I got it about 12 hours later. My husband and I cried laughing in bed looking through all the photos collected from our wedding night and it's truly a gift that keeps on giving. I will always refer those around me to use this photo booth for their events now moving forward. It was awful that this happened. The thing I am mad about is the company told me they would refund me my money, and I am almost a month past the event, and I have only gotten half of my refund. They keep saying they are looking into it, but I still haven't gotten it back. I bet this company does great with their photobooths, but they have been awful when it comes to taking care of problems.
